Well firstly the staff in the afternoon are very rude. Secondly when we called prior to our trip we were told that we only had three rooms available and yet we had four booked. So when we were told we had three we were told to book another room for sure through booking. Com even though we asked specifically to book through them directly.
Then the complication that all the rooms were under my name but when I asked if we could get my friends in their rooms we were told in the morning ok then it wasn’t when we arrived. So then we transferred money to our friend to pay as they were told to do so but when returning to the hotel they were told to wait for me! Transferring money from international banks takes time so yet another horrible time.
Then when arriving the lady in the evening argued for 40 mins and told us if we cancelled any of the rooms as now we had 5 she would cancel all our rooms and still charge us! I have four witnesses to this!
Then the next day we were told we have to pay more as she made a mistake!

All in all very poor and we will be posting on trip advisor and have spoken to the head office and made complaints.
Just very poor and I would not recommend anyone to this hotel.
