The hotel itself is very central, you could easily reach everything on foot from there. Rooms were clean but still a very small bathroom. Unfortunately we had a room where we couldn't open a window for fresh air because the window handle was missing, and it rained there totally in and ran down like a waterfall on the wall (leaking windows). For families with children, I also do not find it suitable because there was nothing for children and also in the surroundings not. Recreationally for bad weather alternative there unfortunately did not exist there either. Unfortunately only a pure hotel to stay there no longer.

Great location to the old town, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Parking under the hotel for a fee, very convenient.

Great location, great rooms and the breakfast is the bomb. 200m from bahnhof and right on the edge of the old town. Affordable, too!

It was an ok hotel in a good location. We had a double and I was so tiny we could barely turn around. Our kids were in the family room and it was much bigger and nicer with better AC.

The train station is a 2-3 minute walk away and you can also walk to the city centre (15-20min) For a weekend with friends in Regensburg it is absolutely sufficient.
The staff is friendly and the Bar/entrance area is quite nice.

Way too expensive. The room was really uncomfortable, stood only a bed and a TV. No carpet or anything else in it. Totally uncomfortable and for the price! Breakfast far too little choice.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen. Da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren war uns das abgetrennte Schlafzimmer (laut Hotel Homepage) wichtig. Die Abtrennung bestand aus einem Vorhang der nur den Raum zur Hälfte trennte, völlig nutzlos. Das Zimmer war sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Fußnodenflächen waren voll mit Fusseln und Wollmäusen. Nach einem Hinweis an der Rezeption darauf bekamen wir 2 Getränkegutscheine und eine versprochene Besserung am nächsten Tag. Leider wurde das Versprechen nicht gehalten.

Rooms are good as long as you don't catch one that's in the direction of the train tracks. For very slim people, the bathrooms are tight, for everyone else a small imposition. The staff is pleasingly friendly and helpful, only this circumstance made me forgive three stars.
Breakfast was disappointing. It is unimaginative, and a lot of non-contemporary garbage is produced. Why you offer at the Hotel Café for takeaways does not open up to me and is inappropriate.
The price is definitely too high for the service provided. I like to visit Regensburg again, but not this hotel.

The location is good, a short walking distance from the train station and the old town. We got here early. The staff took extra effort to get our room ready. Our room was a large suite with modern bathroom. I would stay here again.

Very good location to go to railway station. Parking for 24hrs is 10 euro, breakfast was very good. One person for 14 euro. Kids are free of charge.

Rooms and beds were nice sized. Also a cool bathtub was available. Everything pretty good for a 3 star hotel. Would recommend it, especially because it is cheaper than the Central hotel here and you really later.

The rooms are OK. Bathroom is very cramped. Due to the proximity to the train, a side with increased volume can be expected.

To avoid, 125 euros for a family suite which is in make a small room with 2 large beds, poor quality bedding, dirty room, exhausted showerhead "no water flow" the tile joints are full of mould as well as the joints of the Shower, soundproofing 5/20, parking paid 10 euros, in short a nice scam at ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Here it proves that ' transport-favorable ' in the description had included the volume of traffic free of charge.
The beds were short but the double bed was well suited for single use.
The hotel description promises a small bathroom, which was also available.

Clean Hotel, and modern facilities, enough to spend a few nights, the Wi-Fi is not very fast, and only gives to navigate a bit and see emails, 1mb of descent and upload. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Fourth floor room with vaulted ceiling meant that we couldn't actually see out the window, which was about seven feet off the ground. But the room was spacious and modern, plenty warm and clean with nice floors and furniture. Noise from the hallway is a bit disturbing. Parking is validated and slightly cheaper at around 10€/day. Pretty central location, 10 minutes' walk to the old city center, and yet not far from the highway.

Depending on where room is, can be disrupting at night when train passes by. Other than that it's a nice place, train station, bus stops, shopping center nearby.

The room was clean and spacious — high ceilings definitely a plus! The staff was courteous and assisted with finding late night food. Parking is conveniently located directly under the hotel and the front desk will provide you with a discount stamp upon request. The location is not prime — and with that I would say it is overpriced compared to the cheaper, more conveniently located options in the area. The addition of breakfast is also pricey — 13 euros per guest. Would return only if no other options were available.

Good hotel for a business visit. Located close to hauptbahnhof. Plenty of eating joints in close proximity and taxi availability. Clean and well maintained.

The reception is as mentioned on their homepage really 24h available and the service is great even when your are arriving really late in the night. The rooms are for a budget friendly and central hotel not bad. The small bath room has enough room that someone can take a shower while someone else brushes his /her teeth. The beds are comfortable not perfect because the pillows are too shallow for a little upright reading before the sleep. As a service the hotel offers a free water bottle which is placed inside a small fridge which can be fully used. The missing minibar is more a positive then a negative argument on my opinion. We actually stayed during a cold summer weekend and the heater was naturally turned off but during check in the person at the reception mentioned how to turn them on if needed. Overall a good place that I would recommend for a short stay.

Great place to stay, comfortable and clean room with small minibar and desk. Thelocation is great, just a few steps from the train station and 5 minutes by walk to downtown.

Rollstuhlgerechter Zimmer sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Bettlaken warenwaren gewaschen aber befleckt. Leider nur 2 freie Steckdosen im Zimmer (davon 1 im Bad) verfügbar.

We were 3 days in this hotel and I must I say that rarely have seen a clean hotel.
The breakfast was super, restaurateur himself, the fresh and choice of food has really positively surprised me.

Its location close to the train station is also positive, only the construction site in front of the hotel is annoying, but it ends yes some when.

Easy to find hotel in the center, 24h bar but no restaurant for dinning. Average breakfast, eng speaking staff. Underground parking for 9 euro/day. Rooms are minimum to average with basic utilities, well cleaned, with roof windows (electric) and blinds but no mini-bar. Minimum noise.

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer eher klein aber sauber und gemütlich. Föhn im Badezimmer war kaputt… Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

Deutliche Geräuschkulisse des Bahnhofs selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Sehr kleine Badezimmer. Zimmer sind aber sauber und durchaus freundliches Personal.

Breakfast super tip! Hotel is clean and quiet, if the direction of the courtyard, this room has. For the price perfectly ok and recommended! ☺

Top rooms, clean, well-groomed, good communication in advance with the employee, the desired room with air conditioning and Wi-Fi get, good Breakfast, again at any time.

Rooms very small and the hotel is very loud Not great for sleeping.

The check in staff were impolite and then refused to call the manager when they had never seen a VAT form. Everything in the hotel had a cheap and cheesy feel as well.

Unfortunately, the broken faucet (not a drop but run-out at the cock itself), nor the broken foot bar was considered by the cleaning lady. Repair was after all right on message. On one of the evenings scrabbled a Silberfischen across the room. This was also aussich. Documented.
However, the highlight was the Teddy matter. Teddy was forgotten by me and demand after three days, the Teddy was however disappeared. There was a constant email traffic, in which at least a refund on the original Bill was offered, but who has a Teddy score after years? The sentimental value was very high! Sad that 3 days an almost 50 cm large Teddy bear could unravel at the star Inn in air: (. )

The size of the room was a bit small, but otherwise it was actually beautiful :).

Hotel is located directly at the central station, rooms are very noisy due to the passing trains and Lautsprechetdurchsagen to the station.

Never again! Too expensive, too loud, too dirty, too unfriendly. Breakfast 11, — EUR / person, fortunately a bakery is only 10 meters next to the hotel. The room was only used, very dusty, in the corners everywhere dirt, which have toilet we if it had to be absolutely. The floor was sloppily moved partly peeped out the kick sound film in some places, because of the ground not far enough was laid. I've uploaded some photos of it. Just incredible to expect such a thing a paying guest. We also had to pay unusual erweise full even at check-in.
