Pension Margit Hotel

Very average, no frills. Breakfast is not bad.

We spent five nights at this accommodation. As for the cleanliness, localization, communication with the hotel staff as well as security we can not complain and anyway not. The safe was broken in our room, but we didn't need it, otherwise you could have repaired it. In this price category the pension Margit is recommended by us.

Stayed for Octoberfest 2015 easy to find from the train station easy walk to the Fair grounds dont expect a luxury Hotel. But perfect location and place to sleep … Staff fun and helpful will stay again.

Cosy hotel right in the centre of Munich. Friendly and helpful staff. Only around the corner from Oktoberfest.

Room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof and you can hear outside noises quite clearly, like cars, sirens and trams. But overall a very pleasant stay.

I stayed there for one night with 3 friends, we got a very good price for the room. Breakfast was included and the buffet was big enough. I m giving 4/5 stars because the hotel didnt offer inside parking and I had to park on the street.

The worst hotel ever! It has no water drain on the floor in the bathroom and this caused a small flood. I had to gather water with a towel.

Cómodo to reach Oktober Fest and Old Town, in the Oktoberfest period you have no big claims, good and plentiful breakfast,

Decent for the price. Bathroom has nearly the essential. Breakfast room is small and the food offer is not so wide. Location is perferct for Oktoberfest.

Room booked. 1 month in advance. Then moved to a worse hotel. "Because nothing was free". Absolute insolence.

Hotel located near the area of the oktober fest. Close to public transport. Decent rooms and well priced.

Room bad sheets pillows and towels smelled like tobacco.
Bad breakfast not to German standard. You have breakfast in a small room only 5 or 6 tables we had to wait until you got rid of a table to get breakfast.

Booked this room for proximity to city center and family accommodations. Understanding that it is a budget hotel, I was still disappointed with the room. The room itself was spacious enough for a family of four but it did not seem clean. A crooked old recliner was positioned by the door. The bathroom had a continuous smell of feces and neither the drain in the sink nor the shower would flow. Taking a shower meant standing in ankle deep water. There is no elevator at this location and the stairs were quite a hike made worse by the fact that a step on the first landing was of a different height than that others causing us to trip even though we were watching out for it. We had reserved parking when we booked the hotel but when we arrived we were told there were no more spaces and that we needed to park in the street. That was easy enough but we had to park two blocks away. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast areas were crammed into two small rooms on the ground floor.

Stayed here five days. Rooms very affordable. No elevator, but so what. Staff very friendly, fluent in many languages, ready to answer questions, welcoming environment. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the main train station, 15 minute walk to the Octoberfest tents. The number 18 and 19 tram located 30 meters away takes you straight to the Hauptbahnhof in 5 minutes. Breakfast includes coffee and tea, bread and butter, three kinds of meat, etc. Etc. Standard excellent German breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great and comfortable guest house without territory claims in Munich. Rooms tidy and German-style breakfast. Little note. Too small breakfast area than the hotel capacity but otherwise nothing to say.

Location of the hotel ideal for city centre Friendly Staff, Rooms smell bad, defective lamps, Bathroom large but no hooks to have something to hang up only a rod for towels on the wall. Breakfast was not times the standard, Pictures of the dining room do not correspond to reality, everything is very tight and small.
