Very nice room — nice breakfast room — good Italian restaurant. Rooms with sheltered balcony: convenient for smokers. Hotel surrounded by trees — possibility of closed garage. Very nice staff. Close to bus and train station to Munich centre (10 km).

Once and never again …
The bathroom was not cleaned and the storage areas were dirty with toothpaste vests and edges. In the cupboard a large green spot on the disclosure board, see picture. In front of the bed a carpet that is totally dirty. The bed itself has a chipboard instead of a slats, on top of it a permeated mattress. The soils themselves are not sucked or wiped. The window in the bathroom is half rotten, the hair dryer defective … And since just fair is the room costs 219 euros per night. I am really very disappointed and do not know where the positive recessions come from. Have some pictures so you can see what I mean.

A simple but formerly determined manor house, ornately furnished, but on the modern state of the gastronomy and hotel, the persona absolutely nice and accommodating. A star Chen I would like to pull off due to the older building substance, but the charm of the hotel makes it a bet. The elevator is BJ 1969 — but the hotel has everything you need.

In the room it is very cold and dirty, bad Wi-Fi connection The pizzeria is recommended one of the best pizzas I have eaten pizza top hotel flop.

I am a fitter and I see many hotels in this price range. The Seibel it's an exception here! The rooms are clean, breakfast is included in the price and very good and a reception is open until 11pm. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The best is the location in Pasing; Absolutely quiet, no traffic noise or anything like that. OK, it has the charm of the 80s, but who does not mind this is well kept here.

Everything seems to be fine and the room is large and the breakfast is nice, the staff are friendly but feel uncomfortable. Maybe from behind the balcony, which will be a big plus for smokers, I can still be upset by the bed with the old happy mattress. Yes, those who have a height of more than 1, 8 meters will be problematic to park the car.

The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast but very correct. Good location near the bus stop 160 with route to pasing BF, so you access the trains for where you like. Quiet, residential area. The pizzeria next door (DaUgo I think it's called) has good food.

The room had about 4QM, the door was locked half way from the wardrobe, the door to the bathroom just passed by the bed. The radiator was completely dusty so that it could not be turned on without suffocating the stirred dust. The breakfast cost was instead of the announced €10 only €5, but also that was very expensive for the offered selection.
The room cost the night €99, incl. Breakfast — I was already much better in Munich and cheaper than that.

Unfortunately not as nice as according to the pictures on the internet thought.
The rooms are of the size okay — unfortunately everything is pretty much in need of renovation: The windows were only partially open, the shower (with shower curtain) had seen better days, no real night cabinet, the wardrobes were not lockable And since the ground was wrong everywhere, the cupboard doors were not closed and you had to watch out from the bed before getting up, that you did not go into the open cabinet door. The mattresses were hard and thin.
Also the breakfast was only suitable for unpretentious guests.
Special requests (one scrambled eggs and a few sunflower seeds for the yoghurt) were unfortunately not feasible — and also in the breakfast room would have to be renovated urgently — individual window panes had jumps.
For people who need a Rollator, because of joint problems no stairs can run or wheelchair users absolutely not suitable — the bathroom is far too small and the door too narrow. And the elevator was no longer reachable after 23:00 pm, as the key for the side entrance unfortunately did not open the connecting door to the elevator and then you only have to come to the room via the staircase!

Very good location, close to downtown, great breakfast, very large room.

We stayed here to be near friends while in Munich. It's an older hotel about 25 minutes from the city center by subway. We found our room clean and comfortable for our short stay. There is a nice restaurant on the site where we truly enjoyed our dinner. If arriving in Munich by train, get off at Muchen-Pasing (or Pasing) then take bus 160 to Avenariusplatz (10 min). We had a Bayern ticket which gave us a lot of flexibility with transportation around Munich.

The room deco is outdated and are mostly furnished with garden furnitures. But what was more interesting is tat they switch off d lift at 11pm. We had to carry our Kinderwagen via stairs for all 3 floors. I was just thinking wat would hav happened if some in wheelchairs returns after 11. only positive thing: Bus stop is just in front of hotel and in 3mins it takes u to Pasing Bf, price is cheap.

Nice Hotel with good breakfast and a cozy and well kept property. I was very unhappy with the private parking advertised as free and instead it is fee.

I booked a room for two nights and received a confirmation of my booking. When I came to the hotel, they told me that a room for me was available for one night only and offered me to go to a different hotel five bus stops away.

Absolute flophouse. Cold, loud, moldy. Never again.

In the room it is very cold and dirty, poor Wi-Fi connection.

If u want a frosty cold room and stuff even more Cold and unfriendly then that you should have joined our experience. I am sad there is no ZERO Star button here.

Worst Hotel I have visited in the last few years.
Embed the location, room cabinet with broken doors, rooms have no smoke detectors, breakfast with daily baked bread. Staff very unfriendly.
Will never book this.

Mold in the bathroom, shower holder broken, very Rustic and old. Whoever does not believe himself to look at. :-)

Really bad. Bathroom moldy. Everything with a layer of dirt covered. Breakfast miserabelst underground bad. Italians next to the bottom drawer. Rancid-siffiger Load.

Old building with renovierungsbedürftiger facility. Z. B not working electrical outlet next to the bed, outdated and cramped bathroom facilities, lack of Badezimmerschlüssel in the room, etc staff is not unfriendly, but not particularly friendly or charming. Still very good price-performance for Munich. Breakfast buffet has a relatively wide range and taste in order. The room was always clean cleaned. All in all, good middle.

A very good Hotel at a very decent price. The interior is certainly a matter of taste, but the rooms are clean and tidy. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating — almost a little family. The location of the hotel is for business travelers, which are not directly in the City-to-City-prices want to live optimally, because thanks to Bus and S-Bahn in a relatively faster time in the city centre of Munich. Also the Italians in the house is definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly, room clean, drinks in the room convenient, Breakfast good. Highlight the Italians in the Hotel which is sophisticate enough, but also simple dishes, and above all very tasty pizzas from the charcoal oven offers. Considering the fairly good location in Munich and some very inexpensive rooms, the Hotel is definitely recommendable.
