Good size rooms compared to others in Munich I have stayed in, had a fan in the room (which was a huge plus since it was a bit of a 'heat wave' and no AC (we knew no AC and were fine with it). Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff kind and knowledgable.

Excellent location, close to one of The biggest plaza we ever saw. Good for adults and fast trips.

Good location. Near Karlsrlatz. Friendly staff. Clean but small rooms. Comfort rooms with windows facing the street have air conditioning. Good breakfasts: omelet, sausages/patters, pastries, cheese, fruit. Squeezed juices. Delicious coffee. A pleasant atmosphere in the breakfast room.
The street is quieter and cleaner than directly at the station. Around the corner (2-3 minutes) — Karlsrlatz metro station.

Nice staff. The rooms are good for a few nights but not the newest. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Location of the Hotel ist very good for tourists.

Although the room was small, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was awesome. Within walking distance of Marienplatz.

Very friendly Staff, clean Rooms, Very centrally located you are within a 5 min walk in the Heart of Munich, surrounding are very many Bars and Restaurants.

We were there for one night and had a double room DeLuxe. The hotel has a proximity to the pedestrian zone (5 minutes) and you can get a garage space on advance booking for €15 per day. The DeLuxe rooms are described as newly furnished in the four star area and this claim is more adventurous. Yes the bed and the desk look newer, there is a picture hanging on the wall, the TV hangs on the wall without a cable salad all well and good but then you see the spotty carpet and that is not very pleasant and also unsanitary. There is also a slightly musty smell, I suspect from the carpet. The bath is very small and for a shower you have to get into a bathtub which is extremely slippery, the shower curtain must be well set otherwise the bathroom is under water. 4 * means for me a glazed shower stall without any risk of stumbling. Otherwise, the room was neatly clean, the bed rather too soft and the pillow not good. Since the room was located to the courtyard we had a quiet night's sleep, the rooms to the street are not recommended. The breakfast buffet is absolutely sufficient for me to sausage cheese salmon. Egg dishes, yoghurt, etc. Everything there and the ladies operate friendly and fast. The service at the reception at Check In/Out is just as friendly. Despite the different view regarding the 4 * standard, I can only recommend the hotel further.

Only Rooms on the front of hotel Have AirCon but other Rooms Don't. Its good for a weekend City Break for Exploring Munich.

Good value for the price. For Munich really bargains. Very central location. Rooms not up to date however kept very clean. Breakfast was also OK.

Horrible expierience staying here… 07.45 we were awoking with a deffening noise and rattle from holes being drilled in a nearby room. This went on for one hour with no prior notice or warning at check in… I understand that work or construction needs to be performed but why do it at 07.45 when the guests are sleeping? Why couldn’t this have been done in the afternoon or at checkout times. Receptionist was rude when I brought this up and maintained that the work did not start until 08.45 and there is nothing we can do about it now even if it did start when I said! No reduction in rate offered, just a free continental breakfast which I had no interest in as all I wanted was to be able to sleep… Would not recommend from my expierience…

I was traveling professionally in Munich and was surprised that I found such a cheap hotel (for Munich relations) in front of the hotel — parking chaos.
There were trash cans in front of the door which I smelt to the stairwell (there was residual waste to the. Imagine a little). My room went out into the backyard. There was apparently a party partying, at least from the volume.
I did not volunteer for breakfast.

Very well located in the center of Munich. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very good for this price class. I had no breakfast, but I saw the buffet and it was very rich. For my next travels to Munic I will use this hospitality again for sure.

The staircase and hallway is similar to a storage room. Breakfast: Rotten fruits and mountains of sausage. The worst cappuccino of my life. Unsympathetic receptionist. Total retirement home ambience.
Rooms are functional and clean.

Good location of the hotel. Not far from the station and the center. Friendly managers. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, sugar, milk. And breakfast is just gorgeous! Very diverse buffet, lots of fruit, pastries, slicing. Recommend.

Very friendly gentleman at the reception, room clean un large, near train station and Marienplatz. Everything fits. The only hack: In the morning the breakfast room was way too small to cater to all the guests at the same time. You have to stand a little queue but the breakfast was very varied and good.

Great place at a fair rate. It was my first stay and I wasnt expecting too much. However I found there the best breakfirst ever found in Munich and a clean room and friendly stuff. The location is ok if you dont mind this near central station charme. It is located nearer to Stachus then to central station but the ambience is more like described above. However it has my full recomandation.

The hotel is close to the train station. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.

Located in a busy part of Munich. High on immigrant crowds. Lots of shady n seedy places nearby. Noisy traffic n people. But yet conveniently located. Not a family area. But definetly an "adult" area.

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff, very good and delicious break fast, but the hotel itself is a bit old and not that comfortable, the big issue that no air conditioning there, although the wether was cold once we've been there (outside temp:11 to 16 c) but it was hot inside room even with window open, not to mention the noise coming from outside in weekend, we couldn't sleep well, maybe in winter it could be better.

Friendly staff and neat and clean rooms even though tiny. The area is a bit messy. But near town centre. No AC in room.

Cons; no A/C, room was very hot and too noisy outside to open the windows. Pros; great location 5 min walk from center of town, underground parking is a bit tight but secure, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Horrible! There's no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. It was miserably hot so forced you to open the windows, but it's on a busy, noisy street where the smoke from the prostitutes' cigarettes wafts into your room. Breakfast isn't very good, either.

Super location and in the rooms to the courtyard side also relatively quiet despite station area. Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and thanks to the proximity to Karlsplatz, all connections to public transport are possible. Unfortunately, no air conditioning in the rooms and parking is a bit more expensive, but normal in the Munich area. Have felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Great Room Good location close to the center.

The location of the hotel is really great, exiting the door just turn left, take the underpass and go up in Karlsplaz. Unfortunately the rooms do not have the heating adjustable and during my stay (in February) I suffered a lot the heat, to say the least equatorial, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, breakfast is very varied, especially with regard to the salty. At the reception they are very helpful, ready to advise and answer any questions.

The hotel is very welcoming and has Wi-Fi in all rooms with good signal reception, 24h reception, and Buffett breakfast.
The rooms are cozy and very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.
It is within walking distance of the city centre and the main urban public service hubs.

Super Location. Parking garage in the vicinity. Metro 100 Meters. Beautiful modern rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Here, there is nothing to complain about! The next Munich surely come back here again.

I went with my partner to this hotel in December 2014. Bad experience from NN repeat! Arrived in the evening the room we had booked "double" NN was available. What's more they gave us was small, the duvets dirty. Without closet. With several broken things and a very close bathroom. The place also is in a really nasty, dingy and dirty area. The pictures are definitely tricky and overall the hotel is definitely rundown. Dimly lit stairs that access the floors. Smell closed. The lobby does not exist. The underground garage is small and with access for machines like the station really difficult. In Munich we have been there several times but never had this experience happened. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff, adequate breakfast at Hotel of its stars, close and means to see the city, pleasant stay, if I go back to Monaco we go and recommend it for those who do not want to spend a lot in stay Hotel

Good hotel and helpful staff, had Business room 6th floor, quite and with balcon. Main railway station and U/S — bahn station + shopping etc near. Super breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and closely situated to interesting attractions. The breakfast buffet could easily be compared to the breakfast buffet at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans, Louisiana on Mardi Gras Day. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Great hotel. Friendly staff. Room was recently redecorated. Close to train and main pedestrian area. Only drawback is the neighborhood itself. We passed multiple strip joints and "SexyLand" to get to the hotel. Area is very ethnic and seeing many women with faces covered and wearing black burkas was unsettling.

The hotel location is perfect — very close to the train station, and reasonably close to the main pedestrian area that leads the nearby tourist attractions. Other plus points are: Nicely decorated room, good size room, excellent breakfast, good value for money, takeways are plenty around the area for those looking for budget holiday. Minus points are: The lobby is smoke free area, so not suitable if you are with young children, the room is a bit too cold in the winter even though the heater is set to full.
