I didn't get to spend much time in and around the hotel, but from the limited experience I have, I can say that I have enjoyed it very much. The restaurant and bar area are nice, clean, and well organized. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

In general, not bad, the truth was jambs with accommodation, a colleague got a room for the disabled, I had a dozen beds in the room (which is strange considering the fact that we did not ask for such a thing, though the staff promptly corrected everything) 10 minutes to the center on foot, 5 minutes to subway, near the gas station. Breakfast is good, the bar is not cheap, the hamburger is 15.5 euros.

The staff was very nice, along with all the amenities and bar and pool. I did feel thar the breakfast should be included in the price being that you are paying a lot. Location is very nice. It is near a train station that will take you to the airport. The rooms are small however that is expected from any European hotel. Over all I had a great experience.

Lovely hotel with pool and spa. Very clean modern. Mattress was hard as a rock and pillow uncomfortable. That would be my only complaint. Extremely uncomfortable bed.

It is actually a very goos hotel for a conference. The hotel is nice and is about 15 minute walk to historical district. Restaurant was very good. Bar area was very good.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Very nice. Room was very clean and laid out well. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are a little hard. Food in the hotel restaurant was very very good. Service was fantastic.

Comfortable and well organized Hotel with parking, direct access to rooms with elevator. Good and rich breakfast, nice quiet rooms great cleanliness.

Our room is quite clean, bright, with a decent size. The staff at the hotel are friendly, hospitable, and efficient. Small detail: the bed is 150cm around, smaller than the description "Queen size".
As for the housekeeping of the room, the space is generally quite clean. But places not often used as: behind the television, the window edge, accumulate a lot of dust.
We saw only on the spot that the spa area is open to the naked people. We don't like being naked in front of strangers, and we still don't want to see people naked. If it is the local culture to be nude, for an international hotel, it also takes a spa space in parallel for normal guests (non-locals, people who prefer in bathing suits, and children). It takes respect for everyone, not just for customers who want to be naked.

Comfortable. Breakfast are good, with wide range of choice. Modern functional design. Having a swimming pool etc was great at the end of the day from hitting the city streets. Rooms are a little on the cramped side.

Good breakfast and varied, nice bar, very nice staff which 1 speaks French, a little downside on the room, new, but not terrible arrangement, WC 1 m2, door of the bathroom leaving the light pass with lighting outside. Correct room for 94 euros, too expensive at 172 euros, prices are variable ^^

Rooms are really spacious, the hotel is clean and modern. Loved the wellness centre, with pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The breakfast selection is fantastic but a bit too expensive. Rooms weren't well sound insulated.

Great place and good price. Clean, tidy and nice staff. The pool was a bit cold but the sauna and vapor room were amazing.

Friendly, comfortable and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Only downside was €21 per day parking, but very convenient so worth it.

I am quite disappointed with the deal of this hotel, they made overbooking and the hotel manager was not there, nor Ke left to fill out a claim sheet, Evitadlo.

Very nice staff, both at reception, at housekeeping and in restaurant. Room upgrade with free mini bar, beverage voucher for the bar and welcome gift as well as fast internet I got unsolicited by Accor Gold status at check-in hand. Rooms have always been quiet and spacious. Very large TV with fast Zappgeschwindigkeit. Only drawback: toilet and bathroom are separated from each other. Unfortunately there is no sink in the toilet room. So far in every room there was a bathtub with separate shower.

Not bad overall, rooms are layed out a bit weird though. And despite turning the "do not disturb knob" I get at least 3 knocks or more on my door every morning… And they'll even let themselves into my room multiple times — with the door set to do not disturb!

Excellent hotel in extremely good location. The rooms are great and intelligently cut. Wasn't my last visit.

Top hotel in downtown area clean, friendly at an acceptable price book over months in advance saves money (in my case instead of €230 only €150 (incl. Breakfast) underground garage for €21 per day.

Hotel is nice from the inside. But €6 a day extra for fast Internet (the free is unbearably slow) is felt naughty in the year 2018 for a good hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Zimmer sehr schön, leider trifft "Schallisoliert" nicht zu, man kann nachts die Musik, die im Gang gespielt wird im Zimmer hören. Leider kostet das Parken auch für Gäste 21€ pro Tag. Frühstück sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Personal freundlich. Leider konnte bei unserem Check In keine Zimmerkarte (Schlüsselersatz) ausgehändigt werden und wir mussten warten. Leider musste ich mich bei Kartenlesern, die Seriell angebunden sind darüber nicht wundern. Unsere Duschkabine ist undicht, weshalb es bei jedem Duschen zu einer starken Überschwemmung kommt. Dies wurde nach Reklamation behoben. Im Zimmer sind nur die Ersten Sender in HD verfügbar, was bei dem tollen 55 Zoll Samsung dann natürlich für Pixelbrei sorgt. Der Pool und die Sauna, sowie das Dampfbad runden den Besuch ab und eine Empfehlung kann klar ausgesprochen werden. Wir haben für ein SuperiorZimmer knapp 300€ für 2 Nächste bezahlt.

We stayed for a weekend at the Novotel Munich City and loved it. Only 5 min. Walk to the ISAR or the Deutsches Museum and another 5 min. To the city centre.

Good hotel, with nice, modern rooms and good breakfast. Lacks any personality.

Good hotel rooms comfortable breakfast abundant heated swimming pool, convenient and suggestive location on the Isar at 10-15 min walk from Marienplatz.

The hotel does not leave any wish open. Be it now as in my case for a weekend in Munich or also for the city stay for business reasons.

Excellent location You can walk everywhere. Easy access by car. Very comfortable parking. The breakfast was very nice. And the hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna, gym… very complete. Would.

Great hotel with competent staff. Only one thing gedrügt the stay. I had a plastic part in my green noodle salad on Friday at the lunch buffet. It was apparently a part of a lid of a storage container in the kitchen. Luckily, I didn't swallow it.

Very well located in the centre of Munich. Silent. Modern. Excellent service. We stayed on two trips and will continue to do so.

Modern hotel with reasonable breakfast. The rooms are particularly modern with USB chargers and a huge TV.

Beautiful Hotel. All public spaces as well as the rooms are furnished tastefully and purposefully.
The loudspeaker in the bathroom already made a good mood in the morning. The quality of the music was great and sometimes a different flair.
Unfortunately the night shift at the front desk was a bit rude. The day and late shift was, however, absolutely polite and friendly.
We were not told that you had to go to a certain floor with the elevator of the side building, then change the elevator so that you did not have to walk in the bathrobe through the whole lobby. Since this thought was unpleasant to us and we only became aware of this procedure on the day of departure, we could not use the wellness offer.
The ordered lunch was in my expectation. Delicious!
Also the flame cake at the bar in the evening would be prepared directly in front of the customers.
The underground parking garage is exactly the same as the surrounding car parks, so I recommend parking directly there, if you already have the possibility.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and extremely attentive staff in all departments. No matter whether at the reception, at breakfast or in the evening in the bar. You're doing a super job. Rooms are spacious and clean, giant TV, bathtub as well as shower, toilet in separate room, good Wi-Fi connection, wellness area, subway nearby. I'd love to come back:)

Nice hotel in the heart of Munich, located 5 minutes away from train station with direct line to airport. Nicely appointed rooms with modern amenities and design. Great pool with dry and wet sauna. Fantastic breakfast. Overall great place to stay in Munich for both business and leisure travel.

Very convenient location. The rooms are freshly renovated. The rooms are comfortable enough to stay with the children. Good breakfasts that are also suitable for children. In the bar for dinner ordered pasta with shrimp: for a long time cooked and tasteless. I recommend dining somewhere in the neighborhood.

Simple and modern city hotel, very clean, inexpensive, with friendly staff. Best of all: you are in 10min at Marienplatz Square. Really recommended if you can do without flair at times.

The hotel is good but extra cost for the underground parking and it is impossible to find a parking lot nearby.

Location very close to the center of Munich that you can easily walk to. Modern and functional it has ample rooms and great cleanliness. Monumental breakfast and for all tastes, recommended.

Like the Novotel Hotel on the Arnulfstr. The same applies here, everything is excellent from service, room, bar, check in, parking no problems. 1 star deduction As for the other hotel because of the price.

They don't speak either Spanish or French, at reception they are slow and very ineffective. I'm still waiting for the right bill.

Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Little bit of a walk to the main centre of the city but close to public transport. Good restaurants around the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice location? Quiet room but too warm. Air con can't compensate even 20 degrees outside.

Stayed for one day here. The hotel is few minutes walk from S bahn station besides holiday inn. So reaching through train should not be a problem. It is few stops away from Hauptbahnhof. However you need to change to Ubhan one station away… Rooms are spacious and look good…

Was a perfect stay. Great location near Deutsches Museum and city center, many restaurants in the area. Clean and good rooms (albeit on the small side for four). Good sauna and pool area. Great Hotel. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely suggest getting the breakfast buffet and having the mini-bar included in your stay. They are well worth it. We enjoyedusing the pool on the lower level as well.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. Toilet separate from the bathroom is otherwise quite rare. To do this, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Free Internet via LAN, Wi-Fi would have cost extra oddly enough. The hotel also has a nice Spa, since you can nicely relax. By the way, is accessible via a separate lift. The bed is very large and equipped with more than enough cushion. To the feel. For breakfast, I can say nothing because I had not had breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The connection to the public transport and the signs of the s-Bahn to the hotel very well.

Small unpretentious Hotel. Area convenient to the Gasteig but far from the Center. Breakfast was good although sometimes the wait is long.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern. Room to warm even with temperature set at cold. Limited menu when you want have diner.

Got upgraded to a decent-sized room with a free minibar — this has two beers, chocolate, various juices and water in it. Bed very comfortable (you can buy these, I believe). Made use of the sauna — note: no clothes are allowed, no swimming costume or anything. Swimming pool small, but pleasant.

Good hotel and value for money I recommend for families! Despite I was alone, good breakfast; Lovely and helpful reception of the PC with printer is available for printing, quiet clean room and mini bar rich with drinks. The only thing is not massage (in the reservation say massage and Souna) The pool is for children (1.35 cm).
