We were very enthusiastic about this hotel, but even more from the staff.
My car had a defect and immediately I was helped.
first-rate.
My son had swallowed himself at breakfast and handed himself in easily.
The team has reacted absolutely excellently, it is not better.!

Price performance of the hotel are very good.

The breakfast is very good and extensive.

An underground car park with a large number of parking spaces is available.

We're happy to come back.

Food and rooms rather average. Large, cumbersome room keys instead of cards. Few free parking spaces, underground parking chargeable. Public transport connection to Munich rather poor. Service otherwise good.

Staff at the reception unfriendly and completely overwhelmed, rooms are an absolute disaster, since absolutely run down, scrapped and old-fashioned. Parking is advertised with the words, "5€ a day, you can't park anywhere outside, the municipality has already done everything to make them pay (all with a limited stop ban for 2 hours). In the end we drove no minute and immediately had an unlimited parking space outside the premises. What a pity.

A hotel a little outside of Munich staff friendly ofEnglish and Italian language perfect. Breakfast fully on satisfactory. Room was except for the bathroom i. O hair still on the floor that must not happen.

Super room. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately very small portions in the economy.

Everything was good. Breakfast was delicious and great choice.
Just too bad that the bottle of water in the rooms which stood, had cost the money.

Distance from the centre and payment of extra parking.

Everything OK, cheap parking facilities well accessible by car.

Hotel Business, very close to the Munchem Messe, clean with good service and the breakfast have a very good price for what they serve. Recommended to business travel.

+ Very nice staff in all areas.
Our room was quite small, but sufficient and especially Very clean.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, was very varied, very fresh and delicious.
— The mattress was far too soft for us, but from our point of view this is the only thing to complain about at the hotel.

Nightmare! Luckily, it was only two nights. The food was bad. 90% of staff cannot be German! And that at check-in! Never again.

Food is OK. Nothing special. Service is anxious.

A little out of way, but once you get there it's a pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean and modern with all vital components such as beds and duvets well taken care of.

WLAN speed OK, breakfast 14, 90, parking €5. The doors could be a little thicker, because the people from the gang get with you. All in all OK. Free water would be desirable.

Very nice place and great service. Clean and comfortable.

A little out of the way from Munich proper — we had to take a taxi back into the city center. Affordable, and comfortable for a secluded Oktoberfest retreat. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast buffet was pretty good. Right across the street from the local church, which rang its bells every morning at 6 — you've been warned.

Most staff are friendly. Only issue we had was bedding is all down which my wife and I are both allergic to. Food at restaurant is really good though not inexpensive. Rooms facing main road are noisy.

Good hotel. Locked parking, nice reception and modern rooms. Rooms lacks window shades which was frustrating during our summer stay.

As a non-German speaker, this hotel was a challenge. Staff were able to speak very little English and I had multiple misunderstandings about trying to order a cab to the airport and pay my dinner bill in the hotel restaurant. Otherwise, the rooms were not great either. They were small and cramped with very modest accommodations. The room had two separate beds with no top sheet. The air in the room was stale and there was a constant sewage smell from the shower drain. I had to keep the bathroom door closed all of the time to keep it from filling the whole room. Perhaps most importantly, the hotel is not close to anything. It was a 75 euro fare from the Munich airport and was essentially in the middle of a residential area. Aside from the modest restaurant in the hotel, there were zero other options for dining or to explore the local area. I would not recommend this property.

The hotel was amazing. Comfortable bed, good food and drinks from the in-house restaurant, and excellent service. Small drive from the city center.

Very nice hotel with large shower and comfortable bed. Small TV but enjoyed the space and had restaurant and bar option. Free parking a bit outside of town so no walking local options, but still enjoyed our stay.

Hotel has good amount of parking slots underground, and also a few places up, in front of the entrance. Breakfast is not worth it, selection is not big enough. The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean and the shower is big.

Nice and clean place to stay. In a calm neighborhood.

Although I had not even pay the nights, the price seems still too high! Equipment of room no longer corresponds to the time! Daily cleaning consists only of bed and clean bathroom! From the channel openings (i. E. Sink drain and shower drain) penetrating odor, I would like to describe unspecified in the room! The evening staff (both buffet forces were the morning soothing exception) rather not friendly! And the greatest shortcoming were completely overpriced price; a mineral water (without threads of gold and diamond dust, mind you) € 5, 30, a cheek without peers!
There was the second star for the staff in the morning and the breakfast buffet.

I would like to commend big you on this way for your hotel. Since I've already visited professionally very many hotels all over the world, I must tell you that your hotel is top on my list. I have rarely experienced a so nice reception.

In eBay auctions. Price/performance ratio is correct. Room and bathroom rather small but clean.
Excellent food and service. Beer could be made very much nicer.
Remove weeds, etc. The Windows of the hotels require a cleaning. Music in the dining room sometimes too loud.
The walk to the subway ca: 15 minutes. The hotel is ideal for
Cyclists, beautiful cycling routes, Riemer Lake nearby, Riemer flea market every Saturday just a 5-minute walk away. With the Metro to the city centre in 20 minutes.
The underground parking is bit is rare.
But the extra night with 89 euro per room is too expensive, the eBay listing only the best bid, but not renew at the normal price. We want to come back.
