The hotel was class!

According to the reception, it is a business hotel, but you can also stay here very well with children.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, whether at the reception, in the restaurant or at the bar.

The room was quiet, which was certainly also due to the soundproof windows, cozy and very spacious.

Wi-Fi is available, but access is available at the reception. I was too comfortable to do that, so I can't say anything about the reception. ;)

If the car traffic on the (still separated by a footpath and a small parking lot) Theodor-Heuss does not disturb badly, you can also sit comfortably outside here — whether for breakfast or at night on nen absacker.

The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Apart from that, I can't say anything about the restaurant, as it was closed during the visit. For this were in the evening (free! ) "small snacks". In other words, you could use potato salad and meat planters, for example. So already something to get fed up with and not what we had thought when saying "small snacks". ;)

All in all — very happy to return!

I didn't spend 10 hours at this hotel as part of a business trip, so I can't say anything more. The location is definitely pleasantly central, the staff friendly and courteous and the room was clean, somewhat old-fashioned furnished.
Otherwise, however, there is nothing negative to say, hence 5 stars.

The room was rather simple, but perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not sufficient enough. The view from the window was dreary. But very friendly service and amazingly good cuisine!

The location is perfect, near to Audi Museum and to the city center. Service was really nice, with helpful and nice employees, serving always with a smile.

We were at brunch today. As always delicious. Friendly staff is worth a visit.

My room was facing a large external wal that's painted green. When the sun reflects off the wall it creates an uncomfortable ambiance within the room. Other than that I was mostly satisfied. Really awesome breakfast with super friendly staff.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Located just out of town, good access to motorways. Quiet and comfortable.

The hotel as a whole is quite okay. The beds are quite small in a double room. With the staff it comes down to WEN you get caught, not everyone is very competent and good at their job. At the early breakfast I thought it was a pity that the lady and the Lord did not show us where what is, so we first thought there was only toast. Because we didn't see the stuff on the other side right away. Some employees could simply be even more tired of being more hospest-friendly and helpful. The restaurant, though, is VERY GOOD! The food was delicious! And the young Italian chef from the restaurant is very competent and friendly. He was always very helpful! Thanks to him, the Ara Hotel also gets 4 stars! He is the best employee I met at the hotel over the weekend! If there were "problems, " he was always there for one straight away. The Ara Hotel can count itself very lucky to have such a competent and good employee, without him my husband and I would otherwise have found the stay in this hotel less good. For the young Italian alone, I would give 5 stars. If the hotel didn't have it, the hotel would probably get 2-3 stars from us. In itself, the hotel is quite pretty, for a short weekend there. I can only recommend the restaurant, even if you don't stay there, you should go there for food! It's worth it!
The lady who promised my husband to make the room romantic screwed it up a lot!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast generous (besides the basics also various juices, fruits, vegetables, sausages and bacon, etc. )

Nice hotel. Clean and quite place with standar services. Professional reception with helpful attitude. Small, but cute rooms.

Simply all great, especially on the Teke in the Barr;
and very professional and nice staff.

Sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, fitness room and kicker.
To complain about the extra charge for Wi-Fi.

Spontaneously participated in the brunch buffet. Was not quite cheap, but from the large selection and taste absolutely convinced.

I've stayed at this hotel many times for work, and it's not bad. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection is pretty good. The rooms are a decent size and has always been clean. Nearby is a large supermarket and gas station, which is convenient. The biggest complaint that I have is that the internet is always really slow during the peak hours (are the time other guests start coming in for the night). The internet is not free either, so I expect more from it.

Alles Super, das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Gestort hat dass der Fitnessraum nur spärlich ausgestattet ist, und das WLAN kostenpflichtig ist.

A quick stop here next to the Autobahn to meet with friends.

The hotel has the charm of a Baltic Sea ferry, complete with schmuddeligem bath. Like the thing 4 * has is me mystery. The breakfast is halfway reasonable, luckily with self-service.

The Hotel is good but 4 stars hmmm. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are also ok, only the room service is in need of improvement. Relaxation room with a foosball table next to the Fitness room upppps… otherwise, Sauna and infrared cabin well.
