A well-maintained cleaner hotel service is a top priority.

The people there are very helpful and courteous. What's not … a lot of plastic at Breakfast. Butter, nutella, cheese, and more are in small packaging. Please rethink. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Anyone traveling to Munich — I highly recommend this adorable villa! It is slightly outside of the city, but the location is adorable, the amenities are clean and spacious and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Felt like being in a peaceful German village.

In the immediate vicinity of the motorway it is ideal, especially if you are passing through. Top service, great rooms and a perfect breakfast buffet! And also thanks to the super service and the friendliness of the employees. Not always commonplace.

My rating only refers to the restaurant, as I have only experienced it so far.

I can't complain about anything here and I would definitely come back. Very clear recommendation!

The Ampervilla is a very elegant, clean hotel with restaurant. Super for birthday or wedding celebrations. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. There is little choice when it comes to food, so you can be sure that the products are regional and fresh. The portions are fine and are lovingly prepared.

Good value for money. Large rooms and nicely decorated hotel. Enjoyed beakfast in the sunny garden, which was a great start of the day.

We celebrated our Wedding at the Hotel AmperVilla On April 28, 18 and it was fantastic.
Ms. Mittermaier is such a love and courteous Woman of is the Hammer. We had already looked at several Locations before, but then decided on the AmperVilla Not only because it looks beautiful, but because Mrs. Mittermaier herself was there with the whole Heart. Whenever we needed Help or Bike Strikes, we got them too. On the Day itself Antonia was responsible for us and you can only praise this. Antonia just fulfilled every Wish and was a big Part of our Day getting so perfect.
You don't have to say so much for Food, it was just World Class and today the Water in our Mouths still runs together when we just think about it. All the Rooms were super beautifully decorated and furnished. It was perfect day for us and we would keep booking the Hotel AmperVilla:)

Very nice hotel, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff!

Great hotel with nice staff. Rooms are large compared to other European hotels. My wife wants to come back just to birdwatch fro the windows. Breakfast is typical for Europe. Only negative is mediocre Wi-Fi.

Gut gelegenes hotel mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern, nettem Personal und gutem WLAN. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

We were completely surprised by the high quality of this hotel. The first visual impression of the park-like garden and parking area continued indoors. Extremely friendly Ungekünstelter reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large enough. Again everything well maintained and super-clean. Breakfast buffet with the possibility to prepare for example egg dishes (a great service which is not found in some top city hotels) very attentive and friendly staff. All very straightforward and definitely worth a recommendation. Only small drawback: wireless codes were not in the room-but maybe we missed that. We could have asked. Air conditioning might be Necessary on hot summer days. But all of this does not in any way result in a devaluation. The hotel makes an excellent impression-all fresh and as new.

In a word, fantastic.
Top hotel, absolutely lovingly furnished. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally large rooms and huge bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast totally relaxed and everything that is constantly replenished. Staff very prudent.

We love this tasteful hotel on the outskirts of Munich. Parking right next to the house. Connection to the motorway in the immediate vicinity.
This house has been furnished with great attention to detail. Very well maintained rooms with nice large bathroom. The breakfast room is a little smaller, but this does not create a canteen atmosphere. That is very much in our interests. The breakfast buffet is very good. Gluten-free food is not an issue at all. Here the guest is still king.

Very nice hotel with nice staff, only did not like the breakfast room which has only 4 large tables. One is inevitably forced to move together with unknowns. Not everyone's thing in the early morning.

Great hotel, close to the airport, excellent food and service. Much better than staying downtown prior to departing. Unwind and relax before traveling home. Really felt like it was an authentic German countryside experience. No complaints — very accommodating.

Very nice hotel in the Munich countryside. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre of Munich. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The bed is insanely comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and the food was very good. Either you sit in the breakfast room with other guests at the table or you choose a smaller table in the next room. There is also a small selection of gluten products. Dogs are also welcome at the hotel! I know that for dogs per night an amount of x is payable. This is not the case, there was only a one-time fee. The sauna I could not use due to lack of time, this will be done next time. I'll be back for sure!

From the outside it looks very tasteful and inviting. A very nice house with very friendly staff. The restaurant and the bar invite you to linger. I'd like to spend a few days here.

'Luxury' with caveats: 1) I tried to call them on the phone several times before arriving and calling reception on the phone from my room — in all cases no answer. 2) The hotel advertises that it has Wifi throughout. There was no connectivity in my room 214. The Hotel's Wifi system has a 2 stage login system requiring password, username and a second password. RIdiculous 3) Access to and from the elevator is through a fire-door which is unattractive. There is also no signage on either side of the door on any of the floors for the guests to know where to go 4) The liquid soap dispenser in the shower is no use for someone taking a bath. A 'luxury' hotel should have individual soaps and creams, not dispensers 5) A 'luxury ' hotel with a sauna should provide bathrobes 6) The hotel is obviously quite new but room keys are old fashioned with dead weights instead of  a modern card-based system 7) The hotel advertises a 'library' but most of the books are in a locked bookcase.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is excellent!

Just stayed here on a trip into Germany with my fiance. It was so beautiful! We just loved it! They staff were so pleasant and nice! We spoke English with little German and as we fumbled the very little German my parents taught me, we were met with smiles and langauge lessons, lol. It is definately a place we will visit again!

A1 Hotel. Quiet. Yummy breakfast. Nice stuff. Good rest after flight from USA and before back to USA. Close to Airport. Close to Munich. Very nice small hotel. We loved it. We will back.

Modern and clean rooms. Hotel and restaurant has soft colors which just makes you happy. Restaurant serve great food and waiters are friendly and helpful. The soap in the bathroom is wonderful. Good value for money. Large free parking space.

Nice Hotel with a Sauna, free Wifi, Parking, very good Breakfast, but rooms near the Restaurant, for example, 101 is very loud (therefore only 3von5, otherwise 5).
