We had 4 single rooms were all quite small at night, a unit of Hotel supply, the so much noise this made could not open the window. The Breakfast there was in a large hall reminiscent of a youth hostel. The quality was not particularly D3 star + from me, maximum 2.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and town is very old and quaint. Great spot to get away to and enjoy.

We enjoyed a good night sleep and a lovely breakfast to continue our trip (from Belgium to Austria, with 2 kids under 10). The familyroom was new, spacious and clean.
The hotel also has a nice restaurant, so arriving at dinner time, we didn’t have to search for a place to eat.
The children enjoyed the little playgarden! Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Nice hotel in the middle of the small cosy old town. Ample parking, attention parking disk. The rooms were tidy and clean. I would have to mention a really very big stumbling block here. I've seen the transition to the bathroom more skillfully. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and there was an excellent basement beer. Breakfast plentiful and friendly staff complete the package.

In addition the kitchen was bad, things inedible and little choice in the breakfast. The rooms were all in all discreet. The staff were really rude and rude, treated us in a disreputable way. He found faults in our rooms, which were already present before we arrived, so he withdrew the bail. I would never stay here again!

I am a high schoolstudent who has stayed at this hotel for 3 days.
Me and my class are not people who adore the disturbance of the quiet or ruin the objects of others.
As soon as you leave the rooms, in order without damage, to return to Italy, the staff revealed damage to the door of a room.
This problem was around 100 but they still withdrew 520 altogether.
I don't want to blame the staff, but the damage they found before were not there.
Also the service is really poor as the quality of the hotel which is broken into three buildings away from them and is also bad food that serves this so called ' hotel '.
Absolutely an experience not to redo.
I advise against that.

Delicious kitchen, sympathiaze staff, nice setting!

We stayed as a Vacationbox — voucher guests for 4 nights. We were especially impressed by the incredibly good 3 course dinner Menu! We seldom ate so well. The breakfast was also OK. The rooms were a bit frumpy but clean and tidy.
The whole hotel staff was very friendly. If you are travelling in the region, it is important to come here for dinner:)

This my favorite place to stay. The staff treat you like a family, breakfast like the one you have at home. Rooms so clean and tidy with simple furniture makes best place to relax.

Nice, small hotel. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need to set up. The restaurant is decorated although somewhat old-fashioned, why is rather addressed the older generation but the food tastes very good and one can say anything bad about the service. In the morning, there's a good and rich breakfast. Nearby, there are not as many shops but Bamberg can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Was there spontaneous dinner. Atmosphere good beer good food tasty. Unfortunately small map and quite expensive for normal Franconian cuisine.

Everything top! Super Hotel! Spacious Rooms! Very clean everything! Breakfast and dinner very tasty and plentiful! Staff and boss are very nice and accommodating! ID like to come again.

Very friendly service, have children what to paint without asking, food was very tasty and the own beer to recommend. Like always again.
