There have also been instances of long wait times for room keys upon check-in.

As for dinner, a buffet format is available, which receives mixed reviews: some call the cuisine excellent and fresh, while others complain that it is overpriced, of poor quality, or was even canceled entirely due to the chef being ill. Rooms feature air conditioning (in some, only in the living area), heating, TVs, refrigerators with freezer compartments, and coffee makers, though full kitchens are absent. Beds are generally rated as comfortable, although one guest noted that they are very soft. Some rooms are reported to have cramped bathrooms.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are highly contradictory. Some guests find the rooms very clean and neat. Others report serious issues: dust, dirty showers with limescale buildup, hair on bed linens, sticky glasses, and even uncleaned toilets. Regarding the grounds, some praise them for being beautiful and well-maintained, while others complain about tall grass, weeds, unraked leaves, and the noise of lawnmowers on holidays.

Soundproofing in some rooms is rated as poor. Guests whose bungalows are located along the road complain of significant noise from nighttime traffic, requiring windows to be kept closed.
