Great stay at our trip from Croatia to Uk.
Also very good communication with hotel, they answered my questions promptly.
Rooms are clean, mattresses were comfortable.
There is no air con but fan available in the room.
I can’t tell more about the views as we arrived late and left early morning but looks like there is nice and quiet around.
Hotel was good, though check-in was a bit tricky. Everything in the hotel was perfect, and it was a minor inconvenience that the small restaurant inside was closed, but there was a good alternative just 5 minutes away. Five stars — really great for a one-night stay.

I travel frequently across Europe and regularly stay in hotels through Booking. Com, where I have reached the highest Genius level, but I have never experienced treatment like this before.
I arrived a few hours before check-in after working for 24 hours straight. Instead of being treated with basic hospitality, I was told from upstairs that I could not enter and had to wait outside in nearly 30°C heat until the exact check-in time. The communication felt cold and unwelcoming, even though the parking area was completely empty.
I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, but there is a big difference between following rules and treating guests respectfully.
Because of this experience, I unfortunately never even got the chance to see the room, the bathroom, or the cleanliness of the accommodation itself.
Very disappointing experience.
