As an American, this is a picturesque German hotel in the beautiful German town called Burgstadt. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel serves delicious food and wine. I've stayed here for work, but would love to bring my wife here for vacation!

The food in the restaurant is very tasty. You get half portions if you want a course as a starter, but here the price is reduced by just 1.50 EUR.

"Enjoy with all your senses" – at the Landhotel Adler **** in Bürgstadt in Churfranken, I am in the right place. Because I love the personally run houses, where you can immediately feel passion and tradition. Both are in the air here. One feels up and accepted as in the familiar circle of a family, minus the fateful entanglements of unresolved past experiences. One is familiar, quite in the literal sense of "being familiar". Magnificent: check in and the stress of everyday life checks out automatically. Like blown away. Here I would like to stay forever – "you can check out any time you want, but you can never leave" could become hope. The mind switches down and only perceives the pleasant. It's as simple as that. First, a delicious lunch. This is a celebration of "slow food" at the highest level. I automatically come to rest. Without meditation. Although I arrived in the middle of the stress of the big city of Hamburg in 6 train hours. Put down suitcaseand i'm slow down, cool down and mellow yellow. At the same time, my sensitivity increases, especially that of the tongue. No sooner have I enjoyed the home-stained salmon trout in mustard dill sauce on potato rösti and the delicious wines from the winery Hensch have completed the first recovery round. In just 1 hour. Instead of 7 days. How cool is that? I am offered land up, land down the most dolliest wellness cures. Here it is faster, cheaper and more "sensed".

We stayed here for lunch with 4 people. The portions were spartan, the roast potatoes were TK-ware. The clear Klecks Remoulade was also from the tube and which is also of inferior quality. Here we never go to eat again.

As always, quality top class. Staff very friendly and attentive. I could recommend at any time.

Cosy hotel. The rooms all have their individual style and size, being clean and tidy. Good restaurant, friendly and relaxed.

Schmuckes typisches traditionelles Gebäude in welchem sich das Restaurant/Landhotel im Ortskern von Bürgstadt befindet. Das Restaurant besitzt mehrere Räume für Feiern ooder ähnliches. Beide sind sehr schön und hell. Einen Gastraum im typischen fränkischen Stil ist ebenfalls existent und schön zum verweilen. Die Küche ist bodenständig aber sehr gut handwerklich umgesetzt. Regionalität zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch die Speisenkarte. Dazu passende Hausweine und andere lokale Spezialitäten ob flüssig oder fest, runden das Angebot zusätzlich ab. Im Sommer gibt es einen Garten welcher sich hinter dem Restaurant befindet. Der Service ist sehr gut. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich wurden wir stets begrüßt. Insgesamt ein Restaurant/Landgasthof den es man durchaus Mal besuchen sollte wenn man in der Nähe ist! Zu den Zimmern kann ich keine Auskunft geben da ich meinen Wohnsitz in der Nähe habe.

Nice country hotel with good, creative and regional cuisine. Rooms with a regional but anspuchsvollem character. We felt very at home.

Excellent inn. Nice house in the centre, nevertheless relatively quiet, very well maintained; Furnishings in pleasant, non-exaggerated country house style.

Price and performance match each other. Ambiance is very good. Food was excellent and the service as it belonged to a 4 star Country Inn with hotel. Suitable for groups as well as for a dinner for two. Full score.

My stay was for a week just prior to Christmas in 2016. As I was traveling alone, staying at a hotel like the Adler was a wonderful experience because the entire staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is modern yet in a rustic setting, and the restaurant is renown for service and delicious food. There was no language barrier; the staff is well versed in English but is also happy to help with your German should you be so inclined to do so. Would definitely visit again.

An excellent Inn serving regional food tastes outstanding. The wine list is naturally well sorted and the fist wheat from the neighbouring village a true delight. Come back anytime.

A simply amazing place! Beautiful guest rooms with all the comforts of home plus the most superb cuisine and wine in all of Germany. Our family stayed for a week and wished we could stay longer… looking forward to our next stay!

We were tonight for the first Time in the Gasthaus Adler. Reason: a locality with the appropriate framework for future various employees and Ehrenamtlichefeiern as well as our annual Conventions. The rooms were pleasant, the food taste as well as visually on a good level, really disappointing Service! Knowing that there are days out there that don't run really well, we will have another Zweitpunkt again the Service test.

Very tasty and extremely friendly Service. The rooms are renovated and the Hotel also has a Sauna during stay can be used for free. In total, there are probably three categories (125 Euro 108 Euro and 88 Euro). We had a room for 88 euros booked and were very satisfied. Everything was clean and neat. Price-performance ratio is suitable. Overall, there was nothing to complain about or point out.

Very good Regional cuisine, friendly courteous operation, the rooms are visually very appealing, and newly renovated or newly built.
