Small shortcoming (but the hotel can't do anything for it) :
At the nearby railway there must have been alarms for freight trains.
These could be heard throughout the stay.
Even with closed windows.

Great hotel, very good food!

We were in the four seasons for a good week and were very satisfied overall.
Special highlight is the great breakfast service, with very nice staff. In particular, we were impressed by the kindness and good thinking, the grey-haired service employee, as well as the committed manner of a blonde service force. Special requests such as a cappuccino with soy milk were not only implemented in a friendly manner, but were already offered on their own the next day! Class The buffet is generally good and rich, but there is a lack of vegetarian/vegan products/offer. Desirable on the buffet would be vegetable spreads, yoghurt and milk. That should be the case these days. Be standard and the lack of that really bothered us. There are also proper pepper mills on every table, but these are just small details that could be easily improved.
The rooms are reasonable and clean. The fitness area is ok, but unfortunately does not contain a swimming pool. Currently the sauna is closed due to Corona, which is a pity, but understandable.
The location is recommended. From there you can easily get to the lake and also to the small inner town.
We also found the hotel bar, which is decorated in English style and contains a beautiful wing, very nice. However, the price of drinks is slightly overpriced, so we haven't stayed there too often.
All in all, this hotel is recommended! Thank you for the nice stay & we will be happy to come back.

Great service and thoughtful amenities.

Very nice, after many years still fresh and classy looking. The location on the B 2 is not the most beautiful, but it is still a good starting point for the village and Lake Starnberg. And with the nearby one can also see over the tiny fitness area — especially since the sauna and its terrace are again very pleasant and beautiful. Breakfast is plentiful — the first restaurant a star restaurant: what more could you want?

This was our first stay at this hotel. We are super satisfied. Price performance is right. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food excellent. You feel completely comfortable. This was not our last stay. Thank you very much.

Are here for the 2nd time and like to come back. Super service and very friendly and accommodating staff. All good.

Really nice hotel. But strange noises in the evening. Just like I was at the airport. Very good breakfast though.

Breakfast is great and plentiful …
The suite for 4 people is middle-class.
I would have expected 2 full-size double beds already. But a sofa bed is a no go at the price range.

For the wedding day, we really did well in the Deluxe Suite with dinner at the aubergine. Both were, in their own way, a great pleasure! I was only surprised that the parking lot in the underground car park was not included in the price. In this way, I actually take it for granted at this level.

Nice, nicely decorated, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and kept very well. Mini bar and free coffee in the room every day. Good breakfast We will be back very willingly. The cons are: little outside parking Although there is a large underground parking, but for a fee. Recommended. A Mr Hotel!

Very nice 4 * s hotel in Starnberg. 15 minutes away from the lake. Spacious rooms, modern furnishings. The breakfast, with live cooking station, is highly recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar has a large selection of rum, and the cocktail menu also makes a very good and delicious impression (quite follow the advice of the bartender).

Wonderful hotel located close to the city centre. The hotel offers a wonderful spa area on the top floor which has a dry sauna, steam sauna, a small gym with four cardio machines and a relaxing area with benches. The hotel was clean and offered an amazing breakfast service inside its restaurant. In room tea/robes/slippers would have been appreciated however I'm sure we're available upon request. The mattress was a bit on the harder side which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is characterized by its surprisingly good cuisine. Good value for money. Small prints are available at the location (main Durchgangsstrasse) and the room facilities (no tea assortment and quite hard mattresses).

Was OK. Has what I was not aware of, a good reputation, in my view but not deserved as in the competition. Would go back, but not tear me away.
Funny though, that you could look through a glass wall into the toilet. You wonder which side has more fun;)

The best hotel stay in a long time. Great service. Great room. Rarely felt so comfortable. In combination with aubergine and olive it is just recommended. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Conveniently located hotel in Starnberg. Easy to find coming from the highway. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and professional. Bar has a good variety of whiskey, rum, and other drinks. Bartender is also able to recommend some liquid according to taste. Buffet food from the restaurant was lower quality than expected for the price but still ok. In my opinion room prices are too high for shown hotel standard, venue and food.

Good hotel, very clean. Also on request is received (had requested me a room with balcony) — immediately fulfilled the wish. The bar very nice, very cozy. The breakfast was OK, a tip — unfortunately the boiled eggs are (5min. Too soft, the protein is unfortunately still schlotzig). The room and bathroom very nice, clean. Only the lighting can only say that it is very weak for makeup. Was at the hotel at the end of January 2018. That's why 4 dearly meant stars.

Excellent hotel! The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for two a weekend and the hotel was created as for it. It is only a stone's throw from the Starnberg lake and yet it is in an extremely relaxing location. Top!

More semblance than his. Good 4 stars without extra. The breakfast buffet was reasonable. Long waiting times for freshly made egg dishes from 10 to 15 minutes. Bar elegant with many cocktails. Beautiful and quiet without children. Room standard. Bad small. Not appropriate to the standard. Staff friendly but inflexible. Service by provision. No look for more. Focus on area thinking.

A great hotel. We felt very comfortable. Perfect breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Requests were fulfilled immediately. This hotel again and again like.

To visit Hemingway Bar absolutely. Good drinks. Relaxed atmosphere.

Great 4 star hotel. Across the street there is a small grocery store at the gas station. There is a large supermarket within a 6-minute walk. I had a room with twin beds. The area is big, there is a chair, a table and a floor lamp. There is a bedside table near each bed, but only one side of the socket. There is a working area. In the fridge of the mini-bar is a free bottle of beer water and two bottles of soda. Also in the room there is a coffee machine with three capsules Nescafé which are as free. Large bathroom with shower room. Excellent breakfast. There are many different juices, smoothies, several kinds of cheeses, cutting red fish, scrambled eggs, Nuremberg and white sausages, as well as many different fruits. Wonderful pastries. The same restaurant operates in the evening. In the adjoining room there is a restaurant with one star, Mychellin's. Great value for money.

Very friendly and outstanding service at any time. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and clean and there is a free mini bar in every room. A highlight in this Hotel is the Hemingway bar, which is famous for a wide range of rum from all over the world. Only the parking situation is not so good.

I think it's overpriced. Everything is ok, service is good, but… Nothing especial and just too high price (150-200€ per night I think too expensive).

Super nice and clean hotel.
Very much recommended for a weekend on Lake Starnberg. The only what something mau is parking. There is still an underground garage which but €12 costs a day, what I find something a lot.
We had booked two HP and were very at peace.
Hotel, restaurants & food (either menu or buffet) all super.
We like to come back.

Room 1A, 1A food offerings and a wonderful atmosphere at the Starnberg Lake which is only a few minutes walk away. Again and again!

Spontaneously booked a night in transit.
So far very pleased! Very friendly staff, clean room, great beds, reliable Wi-Fi, small but nice Spa.
Drawbacks:
Breakfast room too small. With others in the Foyer waiting until what was free.
-little parking in the Court
-No bathrobes and slippers in the room.

Extremely good food and upscale atmosphere with corresponding prices. At noon, there are heavily discounted menus.

Food is good its quite clean but excuse me, it's not the standard of Four Seasons at all! and the place where the hotel is situated is horrible near the main road opposite gas station, worser can't be.

Had to due to trade fair in Munich for a booking at this Hotel to Dodge. This Hotel has a very strange cancellation policy and was not very accommodating shown. Six days before, cancelled and still 80% of the price paid. Because of the cancellation can I cancel the Hotel itself does not judge.

Very good Hotel in a good location. Rooms are well furnished, great (small) Spa. The food is really fantastic. Breakfast buffet is rich and lush, leaves no wishes left. Happy again :).

Very nice and comfortable Hotel. Free and fast internet connection (wired and Wi-Fi), Room service with nice meals, rich breakfast buffet able to accommodate all eating habits.
My only complaint is that they removed the treadmill in the fitness area, I really liked that option till it lasted…

Very well-kept Hotel, coffee in the Bar but could be better, only brewed from the jug.
