Excellent value for money. Sympha welcome. Breakfast. Correct.

Good location, but old stinky bathroom. Looks like they are cheating with taxes as they didn't ask for passports nor gave us a receipt.

My honest opinion of the hotel
Rooms clean but very bright-hearted
The son of the house with his loud organ was heard all the way to the room. Would be accommodated in the basement room.
Breakfast… this is not commentable
Gets every housewife better.
I wouldn't come back.
Isn't the money worth it.

We cannot share the many negative judgments. The ideal accommodation for people who want a place to stay and have a good breakfast. For this, the water lily is also set up.
Simple and practical, but comfortably furnished rooms that are kept in order as well as Bad/WC. You get treated very familiarly here, there is a binding tone. The breakfast offer was extensive and down-to-earth, everyone can find something here.
On pay, the boss even gave a higher early bird bonus than the Booking side. In general, everything went uncomplicated and that's a rarity.

We booked a apartment with 2 children. When we arrived in the evening, however, it was not available and only one double room was freed into the then bugged 2 extra beds were stuffed. Unfortunately, we had to accept this inevitably, because no further accommodations in Lindau were free the landlord was also insanely rude and was also naughty when we were speaking of discounts (in the room one could hardly move and we had to Then do not eat existing kitchen). A family friendly, at the entrance of the old town of Lindau. It's okay to spend the night without too many luxuries. And the power to serve you free German beer in the hallway of the rooms is a detail to keep in mind;-)

Simple rooms with courteous staff. No on-site parking. There is a structure nearby but it's not convenient.

We stayed one night, hotel easily reachable and convenient to visit the center. The room was very clean.
We stayed with the dog and we could take him with us at breakfast.

Room in the basement and too small. Closet was just a side right open, shower very cramped.
Owner is very fond of money, he wants the money even before breakfast. Give false information about the sanatorium card and sound the whole stick with his music.

Central location. Fulfills its purpose. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK. You can stay in Lindau for comparable money much nicer.

Just an average hotel… nothing special. Very basic amenities and furnishings. Reaching here is a little confusing with the car since the navigation makes you go around from the back. The parking is on the opposite side of the road in a parking garage. The Wi-Fi is pretty slow. The breakfast is very basic and sometimes your jam will be accompanied by bees. At almost €90 per night, I wouldn't say it's a budget hotel… and with such basic facilities, it's just not worth it unless you don't find anything else on the Lindau island.

Very poor quality hotel (if it can even be called a hotel). The rooms were just big enough for a bed and that's basically it. And AC, which they they DON'T have, is very necessary in Lindau during the summer months, so prepare to not sleep or feel like you're in a swamp.

Hotel is really great, only downside is no air conditioning in the rooms. The Wi-Fi also sporadically cuts out.

The location was quite good and the rooms were also pretty good but the breakfast was a bit gross because the plates weren't washed very well. The people there were really nice though.

Staff not absent just polite and non-trader speaks more courrament English than l German weird beds of rooms very tired it squeaks for all the dust limits by everything.

Me and my husband stayed there two days ago and we were really happy that we found this place till we met the owner of this place. I am still confused and thiking about what I have done wrong to the owner of this place. The owner asked us to pay the room only in cash and we didn't have any, well, we kindly asked, if we could take some money out from the bank which is only away from 200m from that place and would come back in 2 mins and I even told the owner that I can leave all my stuff there which cost — HA — more then — ::::::: — this person was SO MAD! COME ON. The way the owner looked us? So humiliating. Please, don't go there. Especially if you are not white or not able to speak German — OMG.

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and polite.

Apartment was clean toilet and bathroom, clean, breakfast was super. Apartment was mainly to the sleep used. Have stopped us there never really long in there. Very quiet location. Despite small construction site located about 500 m from the apartment. We were very pleased on the whole. I found personally i. O price/performance.

Accommodation okay, toilet clean and okay priced too. Am daily in Germany on the way and have bad experienced also in four star hotels.

Well, I don't know where I should start. This Hotel is in no case to recommend. I really wonder how something like that can hold. The location is really nice. Too bad, that could be one piece of jewelry.

I can "Max Mustermann" only connect. Price/ performance was not (too expensive for the existing Standard), child-friendliness was not to watch — I've never been in a Hotel so many If our children experienced, everything is permitted — and the Service was manageable, the Breakfast average at best. Was with the motorcycle on the road, spontaneously for one night. Very nice people, good Breakfast and super location. Rooms are simple and clean. Can I recommend. Motorcycle can be seen directly next to the Hotel Park, under a canopy (if it rains)

I don't know how good reviews can come we have, despite the HRS reservation only Negative experiences. The location is of course top, the staff is also working, but, as well as the guest, extremely aggressive treated. The Familiensohn is a real Skaventreiber! Even your own mother is clueless about their kolerischen son. So much for the nice family business. Cleanliness is also insufficient, the buffet Breakfast unloving hingeknall and stinks of nicotine. Do not be blinded by the seemingly cheap prices, prefer around the corner for a much better accommodation for 10 Euro more. Price/performance ratio is so poor! It's hard to believe that such a Hotel (the Name is deceiving) in Germany, and even in Bavaria exists! Never again.

To go straight to the point: the house is a rip off! Cold Nikotingerucht on the ground floor, where also the rooms and the Breakfast room. Rooms are less than basic, extremely small bathroom. Breakfast room cramped, no further possibilities for somewhere to stop. In demand for the price-performance ratio, there was a cocky, aggressive comment. In Lindau-island is always something better.

We have to because of the good reviews in the Internet a double room for one night booked. The room and furnishings in the basement next to the Breakfast room, as well as the Service were fine, the staff very friendly. However, what does not work is a dirty room and the Nikotingestank in the entire Erdgeschossbereich! I have the owner approached and shown her what I meant by "dirty" my. It had however only a lot of nonsensical excuses to offer.

This is not a Hotel, but a house with rooms, though clean and neat, although with many problems to connect to the internet. Parking is not, and on the island you will not be able to park on the street unless that targets the car in the parkind in front, free of charge until 8 o'clock in the morning. Other than that, the mattresses are very soft or you will hammer springs in the back and feather pillows mixed eventually disappear as unde your head. But above all it seems to me a wild prices that you pay, in September, we were charged€ 70 per person. In a room of three persons (one extra bed). You pay a 4-star hotel (the room was 210 €) for a pension. Never more.

Who is currently in a quiet town like Lindau, instead of the cool professionalism of a Großketten Hotels with the friendly and caring atmosphere of a family-run estimates, is in good hands. Flexibility and customer proximity is here trump. Price/performance ratio: very good. Absolutely recommended.
