Very nice place, In the beautiful town centre in colorful Bayern, service is kind and helpful. Everything is clean and nettle. Room was pleasent and price was good, but breakfast — breakfast was really tasty!

Very simple hotel. It has more of the shame of a youth hostel. The breakfast was also kept quite simple. Unfortunately not necessarily a hotel to feel comfortable.

The hotel is very disappointing. On arrival there was initially a very friendly welcome. The rooms were very clean. The room was very private. Was then brought on demand. The next day we put the towels to change to earth as usual. The surprise then came in the evening. There was no towel changed and the used towels were still on the earth. The rooms were not wiped and trash cans were not emptied. On my demand, whether towels that are lying on the earth would not be exchanged automatically, the boss said, actually already. I was not offered any new towels either. Next day I left a message to change the towels, with the result that we had a bath towel and two small towels for two people. We said it was too annoying to say something again. The toilet paper was also not replenished, so we took care of ourselves from the toilet of the restaurant in the hotel. Now for breakfast. That was a joke. Buns totally dry, a sort of bread, bread that wars. Sausage and cheese came from the pack to the buffet, so that it was hardly possible to get individual slices, since everything pappte together. Butter and Mageriene came in a lump on the buffet, so everyone made it around. Very hygienic. Quark was also not refilled, but simply placed in the packaging. The only bright eyes were the boiled eggs. They were OK. However, scrambled eggs, fried egg or something, misdisplay. The only reason I have awarded two stars was the dinner and the condition. That was very good.

To not recommend. My fiance and I had Breakfast there and paid with a voucher, which was allegedly paid there never. In retrospect, it was proven that he was paid. Very unfriendly lady at the counter, allegedly, be it, human unworthy of" you had to justify yourself with us. She had to prepare Breakfast, collect and use. There was a small excuse, allegedly, errors can happen, Yes. However, it was on the day in question, you can still clearly remember the fact that the voucher was unpaid. We were supposed to come on Saturday with the proof, the statement of account. Hello?! If you get a voucher as a gift, then you will hardly say to the people, is the paid?! For us, parents, family and friends, that we will not go to the Store. Because hospitality and customer-friendliness looks different. We did not get the coupon value refunded, but nothing more. A sincere apology (bottle of wine etc) would have been appropriate in any case. The customer is king, and the behavior of the employees was not appropriate!
