Ammergau Alps Hotels

This hotel is a must-stay if you're attending NSO. It's perfectly located close to the school and offers a delicious breakfast.

I did not stayed here for any night, but came here just to wait for 3 hours, Katja gave me tea and showed the beautiful terrace.

Nice place to stay. Great breakfast (was only there for a night). Would certainly stay again.

This place was quaint. My room was small but perfect for 1 person. I just wish I had brought my pillow. Didn't really care for theirs. If you come for the NATO school, it is ideal.

Stayed in the single room for 2 nights. Amazing stay, would definitely return.
There's a lot of love and attention in everything; the rooms, the breakfast, the service. Mira is the best hostess ever!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Garni Antonia. The host is so sweet and you can tell how much love and care she puts into making everyone's stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a great experience at Ammergau Hof. The food was exceptionally delicious, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and approachable.

Location of the hotel is perfect — in close proximity of the train and bus station, supermarkets and the town centre.

We stayed for one night and it was great. The location is ideal as it's just 5mins walk away from the center and all other main spots (restaurants, shops, cafes etc.

Wonderful Hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, the host was very kind and the breakfast was free and delicious. Parking platz is free. It is close to Linderhof palace, only 16 minutes by car.

We stayed at Pension Attenhauser for 4 nights. The reception was very friendly. The room was cozy and clean. As well as the associated balcony. The breakfast was lovingly prepared.

Great accommodation, traditional house with a modern update, offering spacious and bright rooms (we were in the Family suite). Great location in a quiet area, 5 min walk to the center.

We had a very good experience here. The breakfast was lovely, the host was very accommodating. Love the location and atmosphere. It was a very German place just what we wanted.

Stayed one night on a road trip through Belgium and Germany.

This is a very homey and clean hotel right in the center of town. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful place surrounded by mountains and stunning scenery. It is such a treat to have your morning coffee on the balcony with the view of the mountains!

Stunning and state of the art holiday home surrounded by beautiful scenery.
We stayed in 3 of the apartments. Each apartment has its own character and thought to the smallest details.

We had a wonderful experience, visiting with our toddler and dog. The staff was exquisitely friendly and made us feel welcome all around.

A very cozy and welcoming hotel, with a warm atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is genuinely good, with enough variety to start the day well.

Very nice starred hotel, warm welcome. All full of services, such as restaurant, swimming pool, sauna and a corner (Beauty). I will go back with great pleasure. 😉

We regularly go to this really very nice, quaint-cozy-romantic hotel! Nice, caring staff, very good food, clean and cozy rooms, as well as a perfect location! What more could you want?

Beautiful, clean, well designed and well appointed hotel in a beautiful village.

Stayed here multiple times now whenever we visit Oberammergau and will continue to do so! The rooms are nice, the views are amazing, and the location can't be beat!

Wonderful accommodation, friendly owners, and a delightful location in the centre of the town. The room was spacious and excellent value for money.

Very nice and well equipped common area's like a kitchen and dining room.
Owners are most helpful and all is really clean.

The staff appear to care very much about their clients and try very hard to make the stay pleasant.

Clean rooms, good light and sound isolation windows, modern and spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, elevator, very kind staff, near commerce. Was a great stay.

The apartment that we had far exceeded our expectations! We were exceptionally happy with the size, comfort and cleanliness of each room.

We had a delightful experience here. The hosts were great. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Location was convenient for experiencing Oberammergau.

Been coming here for years, that says enough! Very spacious and clean.

This was our second time to stay in the two bedroom apartment. It's very modern and well laid out. It's perfectly situated to explore the town.
The hosts are very responsive to any request.

Oberammergau would not be the same experience if we missed Frau Marianne Buchwieser who received us and excitedly welcomed us home.

I was a little nervous booking a stay at a guest house in a small village halfway across the world, but this was probably the best decision I made on the trip.
