I stayed in the Niu Mesh Stuttgart. Since I made the reservation through booking. Com I asked for an invoice from the hotel via email. I sent two emails and got no response whatsoever. It’s very unprofessional of a business hotel to ignore simple requests from its customers.

The hotel is conveniently located on the metro the airport can be reached by car in 10 min. The staff is friendly even if there was stress at check in. When I wanted to do the check out in the morning frontdesk was not occupied, even a multiple call did not help. I was in the kitchen, everything was open no one answered. I needed a chip to drive out of the parking lot. After about 15 minutes of searching, someone came to an early shift, she then immediately fetched the colleague, from wherever. I have reached my plane.
