Worst hotel stay I ever had! Let me begin by saying that this is not a review about hotel amenities, breakfast, location or the amount of pillows I had in my room. As far as places to stay goes, I have stayed at better, and I have stayed at worse. This bad review is about the owners. They are awful at customer service. They should not be in the service industry. Period! I don't know what possessed them to take on a business that requires them to interact with travelers, but they should give it up immediately. My experience goes like this. I traveled to Stuttgart for 7 days on business, arriving late in the evening. My room was booked by my work and I was told that everything was good to go. Reception is not staffed at night so they have a policy of taping room cards to the side door if you arrive late. I didn't see the note left for me, so I rang the buzzer. Sorry. They were obviously irritated that I did not follow their instructions, but oh well… I was tired. After staying the night, my note told me that they would be in for a couple of hours in the morning to register me. My first interaction with the owner/staff was of him complaining about 1. Not getting word of my late arrival 2. How I woke him and his wife up when I arrived, and 3. How inconsiderate I was as a hotel guest. I'm not lying, he had issues with me. This F*#@ing guy. I registered and went back to my room hoping not to have to deal with him again. Wrong.

Quality / cost notre optimal (a little bit expensive), but everything is done properly!

Very clean rooms and great breakfasts! Friendly staff. This family-run hotel is preferable to us as an anonymous "bunker. " We appreciate this special ambience, which you can feel everywhere.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good, it was all there needed for a good start in the morning. Price performance for money flawless.

The hotel rooms are clean and nice. Bathroom up to date. Only dialing into the Wi-Fi every half hour is annoying.

Very bad, very bad treatment.

Internet only 30min with Ultralangsamer speed included, then you pay for "high speed internet" which is still very slow. Host very rude. Room clean but very small. Located directly on the main road, therefore rather noisy.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They seemed to be predjudice and unwelcoming of Black Americans. The worst experience I have ever encountered in Germany.

We had some great days in Stuttgart. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The city centre is also very easy to reach by public transport. We could park our car on the road — free of charge! In which German city this is still possible today…
We like to come back.

Hello I must say quite honestly I can not tell me where this hotel has so many stars?!
Am currently in this hotel it is simply the disaster unclean, dirty the towels neither just ironed, the owner is so unfriendly one has only 30 min WLAN available although I pay €128 per night & Breakfast I have a single bed but I have to get out early I can never eat breakfast because breakfasts from 7 or 8 are no alternative.
I'll be here still crazy looking forward to tomorrow and I'm out of Here.

Unfortunately I have recommended the hotel colleagues from abroad as it has a good location but after these stories I had to be ashamed.
I have never experienced such unbelievably unfriendly people in my life as the "hosts" of this hotel. Never a normal greeting, always rummeckern if anyone asks anything and what a theatre if you accidentally shut yourself out of the room! People who do not want to have guests are not supposed to open a hotel! I have met on the way from the tram myself with another guest and the first set was "also Accent Möhringen Hof? Do you find the staff to be so rude? "— that's the point.
When it's outside — 1 degree, the heaters are everybody, you arrive after a long working day and freeze for an hour. In addition, the guests are still rudely offended. If I could give 0, it would be a 0.

That's nice. Wi-Fi is unfortunately only half an hour with 0.1 Mbits free. However, with payment it does not exceed 1 Mbits and is very notchy even during normal surfing.

I/We felt very comfortable during our stay at the Hotel Möhringen Hof. Great that the way to the SI Center is also illuminated at night. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty and productive. In conversation with Mr. And Mrs. Wegener, you realize that there is a lot of passion in it.

I stayed in the hotel 3 nights, room clean and nicely furnished, quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff, good value for money.

Normally tonight I should sleep in Akzent Hotel I'm come from other country by plane late I call the Hotel from Stuttgart central station to inform him I will cam late in 22h I'm really surprised how the man in reception token to me and tell me that my reservation I canceled! He hung up the phone twice without giving me time to discuss with him. Is it because my nationality! I work with Bosch and I came to Germany for training, just one week I love this country.

Rooms clean and tidy, value for money is true. When booking a room to the backyard are the rooms facing the street are noisy. To recommend the hotel for a short break or conference visit for more but isn't. Breakfast was extensive and better than I expected. The reception might be distant called friendly reserved warmth looks different. As absolute no go is the advance payment at the check-in and there will be warning no credit cards accepted despite label on the inputs.

We had booked a musical gift package for Tarzan with an overnight stay. The theatre is walking well and the reserved seats were perfect.
Also the hotel. Small, but really fine. Family Wegener is extremely attentive, incredibly friendly, helpful, and very friendly.
We have provided us really well and felt very comfortable. We book the next musical visit again over the Möhringer Hof.

Nice clean hotel with perfect breakfast. Reallz good location — Ubahn station is around 5 mins walking, also some restaurants and supermarket are rather close. The staff is polite and responsive:) But it's confusing to pay for the internet access additionally.

What can I say… my wife and I are very happy. The Lady of the House lives her hotel and is very spontaneous. Short hand since I travelled with external ligament, has moved you the rooms on the ground floor. Super!
Also the tips for the downtown area were very good.
Breakfast OK absolutely!
We definitely come again.

Never again… Arrival already problematic and on "Blade BB´s cutting". Back door equipped with Bell, but the love couple was afraid to open. It might be yes a bad and still someone could be, who quietly enters the hotel. I have called my name of the chime and previously posted on the Internet. The two gentlemen were just too lazy to move behind the counter out and check the back door. (Could have been also an old couple with heavy suitcases). Or to invest in one of the cute cameras. Oh yeah, I almost forgot that I was in S.
The two were totally stressed me. Hippelig, nervous, hectic, overwhelmed, too rapidly and unclearly talking. A stroppy reply followed on demand. Yes, also I have to say the men had probably not necessary to greet, applies equally to the reception strength.
This "family hotel" (for me more character of a youth hostel) is absolutely not for early birds, breakfast House so full divided into groups, there. Then get there early and front door locked, was not the only one. For me an absurdity.
Then wait until you got assigned to a table. As I travel around a lot, I've seen many hotels, but nevertheless was this one of my most terrifying experiences. So far I was pointed out never, that I can not fill my coffee cup (usually this is rinsed more kindly) … Moment… But now fällr's me again a it was n of the youth hostel.
By the way, still made BB´s. No breakfast in the House, thank you.

Without words … it all fit for us!

The owner of the Hotel is the MOST UN-POLITE and RUDE person I have met in all my visits at hotels. He was trying to telling me all the time that it was my fault that the internet connection was not good and that the magnetic-key was not opening the door at all times. I was expecting much better respect when he asks 200 euro (! ) per night. On the day of check-out I took my plane boarding-passes (that he printed for me) from the reception desk and he accused me of stole them (! ) because I took them without asking him. I don't know how they still let him manage a hotel.

Super musical arrangements, we'll be back.

The location is quiet and peaceful. Very clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Suitable for small family. I enjoyed it and had new dear friends.
