The hotel is typical MotelOne. This means: reasonable price, small rooms (which are modern and clean) and essentially designed to provide a bed. Unlike for example the hotel at the main station, this did not offer a desk in the room. Instead, there is a small table with a deep armchair. Therefore less suitable for working (unless you do it in bed).
The hotel is located about 3 km from the main train station, but is very well connected during the day. Several lines (s — and Subway, bus) are available with good tact, and there are also opportunities to get around. At night it can be difficult to return to the hotel without a taxi.

Very modern Motel. Recognizable and easy to access. Clean and strategically located. Within walking distance is the S-Bahn and various connections to the city centre. Going back to the Motel I must say that it has very cozy rooms. Well equipped and clean. Large and spacious breakfast area with great choice. Friendly and professional. It also has private underground parking. Good value for money.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Stuttgart. Staffs and interior decor were best. For me highlight was the speed of internet, it was two times more than my home/work/university internet speed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stuttgart or bad cannstatt.

Couple, 2 nights, city break. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast, as well as good selection in the bar. Very nice room, clean and quiet.
A point deduction for missing a suitcase and blood stains on the carpet in the room entrance (anything red, may also have been like jam)

At Motel one you get motel one — no matter where, when. Here in Bad Cannstadt The breakfast was somehow a little bit smaller than otherwise and the place was really limited — but still it was tasty and a cookie was found quickly too. Very centrally located, restaurants, shopping facilities and bus stations at the front door. There is an underground garage, but with €15 per night is quite expensive. The only real point of criticism: The breakfast area is too small, with the guests knubbelt it is very crowded.

Nice Service. Clean room. Great breakfast. Near to the public transportation. Small room. Neighborhood slightly bad and felt unsafe walking at night.

Very quiet room, had a great sleep. Everything was very clean, the staff super friendly and accommodating. Only the bathroom smelled something like stale water or similar. For a new hotel something a pity, but would be no reason not to come back. The location was great, subway in front of the hotel door and S-Bahn and trains 2 minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel, centrally located but still very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The décor is very tasteful and modern. The breakfast has a small selection but is fresh and tasty. The rooms are very small but also very clean and cozy. Can recommend this motel:)

I expected to find a small corner, generally not very design, with tourist documentation, subway plan…
The pillows are very pretty on the bed but too thick to sleep.
I booked for an event that was postponed to a date still unknown (concert Porshe Arena), impossible to repay hotel night or get a have… it would have been nice, especially since I will have to return from France… commercial gesture for 2nd night Possible?

Excellent value for money, room very clean and very classy.

Great hotel in a great location with super clean rooms and very friendly staff. The room was a little on the small side to be able to open my suitcase and move around but I didn't let it affect me! I had a cough and the front desk clerk offered to get some cough candies for me from his car (it was after 11pm so everything around there was closed). You cannot get better service than that!

An excellent hotel where we will surely come again. Firstly the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing, you have the impression of being at a spa resort. Everything is very new, modern and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room is very modern, even if a little bit small compared to what we are used to. If you like small pillows, you might want to request them at the hotel reception, as the ones that are in the room are very big and high. The room as well as the bathroom are perfectly clean. The breakfast is great, an excellent quality-price correlation. A great thanks to all of the hotel staff, we really had a great stay!

Simple and nice. The breakfast is good with several biological products. The room for one is comfortable. The only point is the TV led light (when it's turned off) that is to strong during the night.

Lovely new hotel very close to the station and the trams. The rooms are on the small-ish side in terms of size but very nicely done. The reception and the bar look great. Would totally book again if I happen to go to Stuttgart.

All round excellent hotel. My only single minor criticism would be that there are not tea & coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Other than that — spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, and excellent place to stay! And surely the quietest room I have EVER stayed in. Great sound-proofing. Practically faultless!

There's a good mood in the hotel. Everything is clean, in particular the room. I love design so I found the hotel interior design great.

The pillow was to thick. I asked for a thinner one but it was not available. Antonio, the barman is great! I will come back just because of him.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Double rooms are a little small but the breakfast is great, especially the fruit salad.

The hotel was great. All very very clean and well maintained. The service was great and courteous! And the bed was a dream! I/We will definitely come back to you next time.

The breakfast area is far too small, I would not have expected at Enem New hotel. You are always in the way, so the day is already rather stressful going!

Disturbed only the thickness of the pillows. It is good to offer two sleeping pillows. But why they have the same thickness is not quite lit. I know this is very individual: what one perceives as right is too thick or thin for the other. I think it would be better if the narrow pillow was a little thinner. Only meant as a reference.

Very nice room, very well maintained furnishings and insane bathroom. Breakfast was also very delicious. Will gladly and often come back.
Staff also very friendly and accommodating, one does not experience so often in this ingenious price range. Very good price/performance.

Very nice new hotel in central location. The small bathroom is functional. A second (small) dustbin in the room would be desirable. Without exception all staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast with organic products was delicious and the selection was perfect enough for the price of 9, €50.

Pleasant very framework that has greatly contributed to the approval of our stay. One downside: The breakfast area too just for the size of the hotel; Accompanied by an elderly person, I declined the proposal to settle down at a coffee table in the bar area. We waited but it was a bit complicated to find a place.

We had a wonderful stay at Motel One. The Staff were all very polite and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread. Should we need to come back to Stuttgart, we will definitely return to Motel One Bad Cannstatt.

Motel one Stuttgart was a pleasurable experience! Everything was decorated modern and new. The moment we walked in the door we felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. The room was small but it was fine for 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was soft and comfortable, which was a huge relief. The breakfast was good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I were to return to Stuttgart.
