The hotel is totally clean, nice and modern and has a rich breakfast buffet. The staff is competent and friendly and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
When I come to Würzburg again, I will definitely go back to this hotel. My girlfriends and I were very satisfied.

Great location and fab staff.

The hotel is ideal for meetings. Parking is available on site. The rooms are clean and cozy. The service is friendly and accommodating. The food was rich and varied. I felt very comfortable.

Location fits well: Both with Tram in front of the Door and Bicycle fast in the Old town.

Very friendly Staff. Zimmer was good and clean. Breakfast has been very good. Parking At the House and Garage at an Additional Cost. Located on the Main Street, but my Room was not too noisy.

Hotel, room good. Staff very friendly and anxious. Breakfast buffet is perfectly stocked and well prepared. Underground parking unfortunately very tightly built — not exactly suitable for van and SUV. Even for Kombi already challenge. Price/performance was right for me. Come back … but possibly. Without underground parking use;-)

The hotel has great transport links. Tram station opposite, parking for car travel directly at the hotel, the room on arrival did not quite affect my taste, very friendly and spontaneously there was a more beautiful room in which I feel very comfortable.
The bathroom is modern and beautifully furnished and there is a bathtub!
The room is a nice size and the bed is one of the best I was allowed to use in my many hotel stays.
It is modern and has a small coffee machine for the quick coffee.
Free water is available.
When checking in there was a free drink to bridge a short waiting period.
I will certainly be able to come back and recommend the hotel to others.

We had the offer 3 nights stay, only 2 pay. Absolutely top price service offer. The rooms modern, clean, generous, with balcony, coffee maker, free water, great bathroom, we really had nothing objectionable. My mother, over 80 years old, and I also found the nearby S-Bahn (city). The car stood safely in the underground car park. The staff very friendly and helpful and at the start of the day a great breakfast. We have felt very comfortable and can only recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back ourselves.

The hotel has a somewhat old-fashioned exterior. The rooms are really great. Very big, new and modern furnishings and a really impressive bathroom. There is also free Wi-Fi, a small coffee maker and free water in the rooms. The location of the hotel is also very good. Even the street noise is barely audible even though we had our room facing the street.

I was here for training. As far as everything is OK as I have not stayed in the hotel. One should try Vllt all ma regarding The use of the air conditioning system and Vllt also ensure that the seminar room is not necessarily only in the single-digit temperature range. A stronger Beamer would also be advantageous.

I'm here for about a month comfortable room, not noisy and everything works very well, cleaning always perfect, breakfast is very rich you can choose really among many things, staff always polite and smiling, really pleased to be here.

Good Hotel However, something has come up in the years. Nice decorating ideas such as The elevator is designed as a shower. Room nice size and unusual the toilet extra and the bathtub are each built separately. Room smelled of smoke though non-smoking hotel. Ashtray on balcony!? Coffee at breakfast could be fresher at the price. Gray color indicates that this is stale.

Price is reasonable. Kitchen good. Room a little small. Staff friendly.

We booked the Best Western for the night of New Year's Eve. The room was actually very nice and the bathroom modern and clean. The balcony was not usable due to its double doors and a depth of 30-40cm. In the room it was unbearable warm, the heater was at 16 °c (less did not go), however it felt like 28 °c, so we had to open the balcony doors for almost 2 hours before the evening exit. At the reception, the defect was noted, but on New Year's Eve, it was understandable that there were no technicians on site who could fix the defect. The receptionist advised to sleep with open windows. On the main road and stop of Line 5 on New Year's Eve with Verqualmter air and noise but no real option. Unfortunately there was no offer from the front desk to change rooms and no excuse whatsoever. After a sleepless night, I once again made the receptionist aware that the room in the current state was not reasonable. An apology gabs not. What a pity!

Decent hotel for a city break.
Very small room, the narrow beds on rolls are unfortunately too movable, and a window from the room to the bathroom/toilet is more than needed.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly.
Parking with a bit of luck right in front of the entrance (TG costs €7, 50 extra).

Centrally located, directly on the federal road on the way to or from Würzburg. Tram just opposite the hotel. Room clean, Wi-Fi perfect and free. Staff friendly and helpful. A room to change from the street side to the yard no problem with availability, but you have to ask for help. (with reference to previous comments)

Very friendly staff, boss could be friendlier going problems out of the way.

The Diensleistungsgedanke is a bit lost here. I have got 15% discount on the room rate, hence price/performance reasonable. Normal price too expensive for performance. Room very small, rain shower very nice, but just everything veeery small.
Breakfast adequate. During my presence, no one has checked if I am eligible to get breakfast. Would have gotten even without payment.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff — very friendly. The perfect choice of dishes for a vigorous breakfast. Free parking spaces are also available.

Very pleasant stay due to good service, nice and clean room and good dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. Training room and the accompanying service were also absolutely top.

I liked the place. It has a balcony and a water bed. Although the waterbed was interesting it wasn't for me. They are still going through renovations and it shows. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean but there are some inconveniences which is why I give 4 stars.

No aircondition, only a fan in the room. Food was much like fastfood, no childrensmenu and installed ipad in the room didnt work. The internet didnt work sufficiently — only holding high.

A very nice, comfortable smaller Hotel. I stayed here in 2013 for 2 weeks, then from 2000-2005, many times. The staff are friendly, the cleanliness is perfect! I always request the same room with balcony overlooking the Beer Garden. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices. The evening dining is awesome and German! What could be better! I always stay here, mainly in off-season times. Great parking, plus, across the street from the city tram stop, nearby grocery store, and right across the street from a huge department store for buying those wonderful high quality household German items to take home. For diehard McDonald's fans — just across the street.

The room was old fashioned. The bathroom outdated. The showerhead was just hanging there. Need to hold it while showering. Really annoying.

Basic, but does the job. Easy to get tram into centre of town and handy parking if you have a car.

We have just come back from Würzburg and have 2 next to the Hotel Post spent. Actually, should this be a weekend to relax, so has unfortunately not worked. Here is my review: location and first impression The Hotel is, as already written by others, something in the years come. The Hotel is directly on the main road, situated directly next to a gas station and in front of the tram tracks. From the first impression, I was neither the location nor the facilities / cleanliness excited. The Room We have a room with a water bed booked. This was located in the 5th floor in the last corner. It was almost as if you in the direction of a Abstellraumes goes up to the room. On the balcony of the room is the air conditioning of the house, this was fortunately not in operation — in the summer (so better at the correct temperatures) may well look different. The bathroom is a bit more than in the years to come. Rather tasteless Furnishings, cracks in the sink, no shower screen in place — this is definitely nothing. Came to be that the fan in the bathroom, no matter whether you are in the bathroom, a light turned on or not, uncontrolled herumbrummte. This was also the nice ladies from the reception to change anything. In your opinion, would be the with the fan on any button in the bathroom — so it is but just not yet. If the fan is quiet time was you could even fall Asleep thinking.
