Every year again and gladly. Super friendly staff. A great kitchen. A place to switch off and feel comfortable. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great hotel, nice family of operators and good staff. The food was excellent, the breaded deer simply class.
We were with the Wissler family for the third time, my guests and I were very satisfied!

Wonderful location, nice rooms, extra friendly and flexible personal. And the steak is outstanding.

Great hotel with super tasty food e. G. Wild boar and fish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Family atmosphere. Great wellness area with pool Sauna steam bath and solarium. Fantastic view. Rooms are large and very with balcony. Clean and maintained with a lot of attention to detail. A successful combination of tradition and modernity. Wi-Fi, parking and water are available free of charge.

Schnitzel was not right through, thanks for the food poisoning. I haven't been so bad for a long time! Ugh!

The Hotel has a good location. 4 stars, however, are not applicable. The room was quite clean, the bathroom for at least 20 years old and guaranteed not worth 4 stars. The bed creaked and the carpet is also old. The menu is very manageable and in the Homepage mentioned extract which is the whole menu. The forest stew was sinewy, not at all, and too overpriced for a goulash a lot. We will certainly book there again because the prices are overpriced and the 4 stars are not justified.

An excellent hotel that offers a great view over the Wieden valley because it's located above the city of Widen. The hotel provides sauna and a swimming pool (which was a bit cold however). The rooms are very high class and so is the restaurant. The breakfast is very very rich and diversed (salmon is served! ). The service is very good as well. An easy 5-star hotel :)

Wake up, wake up, to ‘Berghotel Wiedener Eck’. Situated in the Black Forest, South West Germany. This wonderful, family maintained, hotel is a place to cheerfully sing about. We were lucky enough to be here, over Christmas and New Year, and we were treated to spectacular festive food with live music and singing. Dancing into the New Year was a pleasure, that we were relaxed enough to fully enjoy. This 4 star hotel, actually, gets a five star rating from me. On account of the genuinely cheerful “good mornings” from the staff who keep the rooms in immaculate condition. Breakfast is a real pleasure here. The variety and quality of food lets you know, first thing in the morning, that you are dealing with a chef who knows exactly what he is doing. We experienced friendly staff in traditional local costume. Always caring, and happy to top up the coffee jug. The service was a delight. It was also a treat to admire the artistic Christmas decorations; The Christmas trees, providing an atmospheric light, both outside and inside. Always something for explorers to focus their eyes on. The refreshing local walks included a circuit that traced the footsteps of famous philosopher Martin Heidegger, from his modest house all the way around a nearby village. His search for the truth of ‘being’ sparked a coherent body of thought known as existentialism. But it is also a wonderful place to enjoy a lunch with skiers providing dynamism to a beautiful wonderland scenery.

The salad put together carelessly, the beetroot (in season! ) obviously from the glass, or can, the Dressing out of the bag and the Whole thing is a quarter more expensive than elsewhere in the area. The strapping Max total is too salty and much too expensive. In the case of the called prices quality is in the kitchen under the use of regional products is actually duty. The second star for the friendly and dedicated Service.

The visit of the beautiful restaurant was a culinary highlight of regional gastronomy, what still was rounded off by the excellent service.
