Quite the age of the Room with a faithful Carpet. Full Impression of the Room: "versized" (Socks from the previous Guest in The Closet) Reception was several times unoccupied (TV of course defective), Waiting Time of 15 min normal? But Staff was extremely friendly and without these Friendly People it would be 0 Stars.
For eating there was a very limited Selection, tasteful it was not a Highlight now.
I Think that hotel has had the best Years behind it!
I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone else. Other Guests with whom we talked are also of the same Opinion "never again. "
Finally, I only ask myself one Question: Where do these good Reviews come from, and where were the 4 Stars?
I hope I can awaken one or the other to the evil we have experienced.

Eating well the swimming pool is also not bad but the room is a disappointment and the kitchen is in a cupboard.
There is not enough clor in the swimming pool (my sister has inflammation on her ear because of this) and it does not work cleaned.
And this Black Forest cherry pie from the tin for €4, €50 is not worth a piece that is a Mamorkuchen with 3 small cherries in it.

We gave my mother a voucher on the occasion of her 60th birthday. The ordering of the voucher worked wonderfully. She has opted for one of the great arrangements/packages. She was very satisfied with the service and food on offer. She also liked her room. After three days of wellness and relaxation in the Holzschuh's Schwarwaldhotel, she came home relaxed and radiant. She will definitely come back!

Super hotel, it is very well received for individual food requests. We have been going to this hotel for many years and are always super satisfied.

Very lovingly managed family business with a lot of heart! We have been greeted very warmly at the reception. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. The Wellness area invites you to relax. The excellent food rounded off our short break perfectly!
The location/surroundings are also suitable for small hikes or walks.

We were greeted very friendly and courteous despite late arrival. The room was great, the spa area we liked. The dinner was very good, the service courteous. The spa area really invites you to relax and unwind. Especially we liked that we had the good feeling to be welcome. That's what the welcome from Mrs Ho. Started, and went on through all the staff. For the staff in the breakfast area, we hope that this will be preserved. He is courteous and friendly.

Nice hotel with very good hotel. The Bio rooms are newly renovated, the spa area is large and read to relax. At some corners, however, you can see that the hotel has come a little over the years and the ventilation system in the room was way too noisy.

Highly recommended… Staff very friendly, the food is great there are also vegan food also the rooms are great… there is also a beautiful rock indoor pool with some extras.

Attended a wedding/reception here, and everyone on staff was quite pleasant and the hotel was nice.

Were as a family after a little longer time once again in the wooden shoe Black Forest hotel — and have once again been enthusiastic in every respect: the attentive reception, the great family room, which not only varied but very good food (so tastes the Black Forest! ) With the children — friendly staff in the restaurant with its various areas.
The wellness area also offers everything that belongs to it. Tip: Candlelight-swimming in the rock indoor pool and hay-STADL!
And the weather was also playing. So you can feel good!

We had booked an organic room, was really nice, sometimes something else! The bathing area is designed with great attention to detail, with a lot of heart. Water temperature was certainly 27, 28, 29 degrees — in any case — very pleasant. A nice day to all readers, a little story about the fairytale castle wooden shoe in Baiersbronn.
Yes a fairytale castle, my wife and I had booked at the beginning of the year a week (from Sunday to Sunday) over mountains and sea in the hotel wooden shoe.
Just before the holiday I had to read the reviews of Holidayscheck, of course, and it became very different to me.
When I told my wife, she said: Oh, now we just go and look what it is. I didn't feel like it anymore.
Then the trip to Baiersbronn. Arrival and a cordial Begüßung.
That was the first time we were stupid. Next we went out with a nice cozy room to the forest, with wonderful tranquility.
Now after unpacking and first orientations it went to the table at 6pm. And what was going on now? … All beautiful in candle light wonderful illumination. Today there is a 5 course menu with a subsequent bomb. It was a treat. Every evening a different table decorations and lekere menu.
Unfortunately the weather was not always dry, so we could also experience the enjoyment of the wellness Area Wald Spa.
Here also always at Holidayscheck about the small saunas rumored. There is a 55 degree bio sauna and a 80 degree hot sauna, besides a steam sauna. Another highlight: The (barn with water bed) and other relaxation rooms. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail.

We had to wait 20 minutes on the first day until someone at the front desk came… first we stock looked after in the 2nd for someone we were served.
The room could have been better cleaned, we had to change our room, meets.
Even when the rest of the hotel we had to do ourselves a picture because we had nobody on the issues to which showed us the hotel or stated in various Anwedunden or offers. Room and facilities were not sufficiently heated.
