It's simply the best hotel I've ever been to. Great people and atmosphere! The quality in everything is exceptional. And I couldn't forget about the location that's also a plus, near to the best spots.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days last month and was the worst experience in our 15 day travel of Europe. We paid extra for the superior rooms rather than the smaller comfort rooms and were given a stuffy hot room on the top floor with no balcony… on complaining they didnt bother as we had paid the entire amount in advance. If that wasn't enough of a setback, on reaching for breakfast our group was not served by the staff. On repeatedly requesting coffee the hostess rudely told us 'you have to wait ' while she waited on other guests seated after us with a smile. This was my first encounter with racism. And even more shocking that no action was taken when we complained to the manager. A lot of Indians visit Baden Baden. My request is avoid this hotel like the plague.

Downtown, the room is comfortable, the attractions are around, shopping is convenient, is a good five-star hotel, walk about 10 minutes to soak in the hot spring, will be intimate for you to prepare bath towels.

Very accommodating staff. Food was good. Room was very nice. The bathroom was very small for a wheelchair. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The environment was great.

Great centralized location We have stayed here 5 times previously Front desk, restaurant staff and Door men are very helpful. Housekeeping is acceptable. Rooms have been upgraded. Spa and pool area is very good. In house restaurants are excellent. We will return in the future.

Yes, it's expensive, yes, notably, but something's not right. The main contingent of the Germans is 50 +, very expensive, staff on the 4-ku. This hotel is ideal for prisiarelym conservatives. I prefer modern style.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Baden-Baden. Nice big room with very nice bed. Wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a strange sanarium and an idiosyncratic relaxation room with many Separees. Very nice restaurant in the theatre cellar. Staff super super friendly.

Sophisticated stylists. Very very tasteful, unfortunately a bit stiff for my taste. At breakfast there was what the heart desires, however the fish was very small portioned, too small. Most of the rooms have balconies. The bar was almost extinct.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, food — especially the breakfast is excellent, the spa area is good.

I like breakfast here.
Although I am generally a breakfast muffle.
Those who expect a huge buffet will be disappointed here.
Instead you have the rare possibility to order delicious treasures a la carte, such as French toast, excellent crêpes, wonderful eggs benedict etc.

And the waiters are really not angry, if you pick from the buffet only coffee, tea and fruits and ordered all the rest a la carte;) ) ) )

Nice welcome by parking my car nicely. Reception staff is very comfortable to talk with and make you feel at home. The sauna is very good.

Excellent. Just arrived Monday here14th Aug. Very friendly staffs, service & kids friendly. Our daughter who's 8 yrs. Complimenting a lot the Chef Cook of Theaterskeller restaurant, she se's she doesn't like eating mix vegis but the ratatouille that chef cooked was really very good & chateau briand with bernaise sauce. She made a real compliment personally to the Chef Cook. Breakfast really great & Spa, in short hotel is really great + great location directly next to the Theater, Kurhaus, Casino & in the Center. Looking forward for some more great jouney the next days in this hotel.

The Dorient is exactly what you'd expect in Baden Baden. It has very comfortable rooms and is walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is great and the bar is nicely stocked. While your here, don't miss the chance to leave Baden Baden though and explore the area. The Black Forest is amazing.

Stayed overnight and a lovely hotel with access (right across the road) to the Christmas markets. Great staff and very clean room. Only issue was a double room was 2 single beds pushed together that split in the middle of the night.

Do not book this hotel. There was a mistake And a room was ordered by mistake via web. Called imidiatly to cancel it was late night before the beginning of day A person answered And sated that he will take care of it. They keep me and money hostages saying they can not cancel 3 days no cancellation thousand of $. The reservation company called them couple of times saying they agree to cancel however the hotel refuses. do not book this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, high standard rooms and generally a high standard hotel. You can always tell if a hotel cares for its guests by reviewing the breakfast, in this case absolutely perfect. The only thing I could complain about is the slow and unstable Wi-Fi, but hey, why not leave your computer and smartphone and enjoy the hotel instead.

The hotel is located directly at the Casino and within walking distance from the City Centre (pedestrian zone) Baden-Baden. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Staff is friendly and competent. We like to come back.

I appreciated the offers, but the language barrier is dropping by the recruitment of speaking different languages.

Highly enjoyable house. The wonderfully warm swimming pool with counter-current swimming facility, for us was a highlight. Breakfast was very good. The older Superior rooms have tw. Worn out furniture, but everything is clean and very good staff. The location in Baden-Baden is probably the best of all: Right at the Kurhaus / Casino / Spa Park — just across the small road.

After a very warm welcome we were accompanied to our table, from which we had a great view of the spa park. We had not reserved that evening and were still very warmly received, which is not the case in many restaurants. The service is very helpful and very professional, accompanied by an exquisite cuisine. As my partner and I very like to culinary delights us, we have particularly enjoyed this evening. It is placed even the napkin one on lap, what I find personally very charming. One feels transported back into the world of emperors and Kings. A personal highlight for us was the selection of bread and as entrée a Skate wing, we knew to date still not as a court. Seasoned with soy beans and bar clams he has inspired our palates at a high level. In this there was a Gewurztraminer from France, which harmonized well with the food. The service Brigade reads off each desire from the lips and the cuisine surprises with regards the extra class. I think we have found a new favorite restaurant for us. "Rendezvous with exquisite" is an enrichment for Baden-Baden. We will come back.

The restaurant JB Messmer is a talk of the town since its reopening in November inBaden Baden. In spite of many positive feedbacks we went initially with a somewhat sceptical attitude on a Friday night there for dinner. The service is especially positive notice in the evening. We were specifically regards the space Baden-Baden in all high-quality restaurant food. Le Jardin, Castle of Ebersberg or the Park restaurant in the burner. In any of these restaurants, we have seen a so charming, knowledgeable, discreet service like in the JB Messmer. The young Mâitre Alfonso is big part as we suspect. The Interior of the restaurant is decorated in gold, bronze, champagne. This color work very well with the black and white marble. The most important thing that food. There were offered us two menus. The service informed us that it is also possible to mix these menus. The Hummer through two rounds was served not only visually something especially, but also in taste. The combination with hibiscus and fennel was excellent. Although no soup on the menu was offered, the kitchen has given us a potato truffle soup prepared. We were very curious on the roll of the sole with espresso and Jerusalem artichoke. For us this dish bad was the high light. The sole was cooked perfectly and the espresso which in the form of a foam and small beads that worked just like caviar eating experience.

My absolute favorite in Baden-Baden, specially designed business-friendly and experienced service staff. Every time a pleasure to be here.
