Always Top-notch and very accommodating! A Garage is available. The room was very clean, bright and friendly. Breakfast is also ok. Come here.

The rooms that face the street are super noisy. The air is thick and we couldn't open the windows. The pillows were a joke… Looks like someone stuffed a blanket into a pillow case…

No air-condition, no way to communicate with the reception (you need to walk over there). Rooms are in basic state. No iron in the room and to get it seems impossible (already asked 3 times but every time another excuse. I will never come back!

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast very extensive and good. Very centrally located. Rooms clean and friendly modern. All the time to recommend.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay awake at night, this hotel is the place to be.
Rooms are abnormally small. With child the purest imposition.
Bent cot was not available.
The tap in the bathroom is the purest disaster. Half the bath is underwater after use.
The volume of the surrounding bars is hard to bear. All night loud music, basses and roasted, despite rooms to the courtyard.
In addition, the windows cannot be tilted. Consequently, you have to sleep on the ground floor with open windows, as in the room were loosely 27*C. The daytime equals temperature was just 22. The room temperature probably comes through pipes that run under the room. The floor was totally warm, as if underfloor heating was installed.
Parking in the underground car park is also the purest act. For untrained motorists, it is hard to cope with. The car has to be driven on a kind of ramp.
If I could give zero stars, I would give these for the hotel. Not experienced such bad accommodation for a long time.

Ok clean and Breakfast. Extra bed broken and non-smoking room with loud smell of smoke. Faulty TV. Convenient location for downtown.

Those who are noise-sensitive at night should urgently book a room to the courtyard. The tram runs there more often than on Alex in Berlin and is very noisy.
Unfortunately we had missed it with us and first gave us a room to the street. But without grumbling we got the new desired room the next day. The breakfast is great, even a small selection of lactose-free and gluten-free dishes is available. The breakfast room is not very large. Housekeeping is a bit uninterested, although they are clean and reasonably thorough, but we got an arbitrary number of towels every day, which was sometimes difficult for two. In the first room, when showering the whole bath was put under water, because the glass wall only went up to half, but the drain was centered. Also, this bathroom could only be closed with sliding door. In the second room we had a normal corner shower in the bathroom which could be closed completely and also a normal door. The beds were comfortable.

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The check in was very fast however I wonder if there is a reporting law in Karlsruhe because you did not demand any data.
Breakfast really OK but also there the staff does not get "Good morning" from the lips.
The bar was as good as always closed so at least feel.
At check out I didn't even want a nice day or similar.
Reservations are only via mail, which in turn are connected with long waiting times.
Conclusion: For one night quite ok.

Nice hotel. New and refurbished. Very good value for money. It's more like condo than hotel. Breakfast is included.

Am always professional in Karlsruhe, and then the Zi Hotel is my first choice. The rooms are modern and stylishly decorated, the location Central and the Breakfast very varied. Right Around the whole is by the very friendly and helpful Service!

Unfortunately not so well suited for Group Travel. Check in took a long time. Rooms were already a bit used to and quite noisy. Invoicing was chaotic and not in line with the Requirements there. At NoShow Money debited from Credit card without a Bill. Accounting difficult to reach by phone. Colleagues had to wait 1/2 Hour at breakfast for Scrambled eggs. We will definitely be accommodating somewhere else next time.

I'm satisfied. Clean Room. Shower clean. Breakfast plentiful.

Nice comfy rooms and good breakfast included in the price. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Germany (apart Bavaria), I guess it’s so because of proximity to France. Standard hotels in Germany are ugly, outdated and not very comfortable with usually cheap industrial breakfast which tastes bad.

Nice and clean rooms, very nice breakfast! The rooms have tea catler, which is a nice touch :)

Got a terrible room but at a cheap rate and had a quick look before deciding so ok for a stopover. Breakfast was good.

Small but very comfortable rooms. Reading lights for both beds. Kettle, cups and tea in the room. Breakfasts served as a buffet with wide variety of meat, cheese, some hot dishes, mixes of flakes and so. Disadvantages: no air conditioning, my room was on the road side so tramways 8 meters from the window and pub below the room.

The room was very hot, with no aircondition, and the window right out to a trafficed road, so either to hot to breeth or to loud to sleep. The parkingspot was terrible (hard to find, and very steep, in a dark basement) room was pretty and clean though, and breakfirst was good.

I was there with my girlfriend for the first time, it's really a very nice hotel all tip top! but the reception man who goes with baldness does not go at all, very unfriendly I have only asked for WLAN nr he has become equally aggressive I have been terrified then I have said nothing more. And that's why I never come back to zi hotel&Lounge.

Rating exclusively related to the hotel bar:
Super cocktails, taste very harmonious and reasonable prices. Ambience not so classic and adapted to the hotel character, but ok. Very nice bar staff.
The only criticism: Smoking is allowed, but as long as not too many smoking it is ok.

Internet policy is an absolute bullshit. Rest is pretty darn good.

The deluxe room looked and felt like an average hotel room, it was just very expensive, not sure what is supposed to make it deluxe. It definitely cannot be the size as It wasn't very spacious, especially for a double bed room. Maybe that you can receive Sky TV, which is really nice, but this cannot be everything. The rooms aren't very clean either. I have found a plastic fork lying in the cupboard, it did not seem like it was supposed to be there. I did not dare to check if it was used already. The breakfast buffet is rather rich. Just be careful with the ham there. I've tried the ham and eggs, the ham tasted horribly cheap and ruined the eggs for me. In case you need Wi-Fi make sure to ask at the reception for a username and password, as they need to print them out for you. Those can only be used for one device so if you want to connect with multiple devices I guess you need to ask them to give you more. I can only assume that they would do that, because I only found out about this restriction later in my room when I didn't want to go down again to ask for another username.

Super Central and very clean Hotel. The Only Point Of Criticism. The double Parker, Parking in the underground garage are Insanely tight. Since there is no other Hotel is always Parking so that's not really a point of criticism. The bathroom has glass sliding doors which is very very noisy. You should know well to share a room. S-Bahn Station directly in front of the door and the city centre a stone's throw away. The Breakfast is also Top. And the staff is friendly and helpful. We come very gladly again.

Do not under any circumstances stay here the hotel has no fire plan what so ever, God help anyone surviving this place.

An indoor smoking stink place where you get a guilty conscience, if you walk with the baby carriage before the door past.

Not to recommend. First of all there's no Handzücher on the day of arrival, reportedly all sold out.
Rooms quite worn and old. Breakfast pretty bad and almost always all empty. Since I've been to Jugebdherbergen who were better off.

Best hotel in very central and each room is very new and modern furnished and very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly helpfull and leaves no guest waiting for you is a very fast team has Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. And in the evening can relax in the lounge. And in the morning you have a very nice breakfast buffet. Always 100% recommended best book and his time in the room can enjoy.
