Small clean, affordable hotel near the train station with very nice staff. Everything important is available. If you don't want to be additionally fit in the hotel, this is the right place. Happy to return.

My favorite hotel. Perfectly located between the main railway station and the city centre. The rear-facing rooms are wonderfully quiet. Everything is very clean and friendly. I always book a small room at an unbeatable rate, here the price-performance ratio is just right. I don't know the other rooms. For me my first point of contact in Karlsruhe and highly recommended!

I really liked the hotel! It is clean, my room was quiet and spacious, the bed comfortable, breakfast fresh and with a very good selection.
I particularly liked the fact that the staff are very nice. The whole hotel has been and is still being renovated. You can see that there is a lot of effort in it.

Very modern room. Large bed, hardwood floor without carpet, windows can be completely darkened, free Wi-Fi and very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is actually okay but a couple of problems occured during my stay! The hotel is located close to werderplatz where people drink day and night. It can become really noisy and quite disturbing if you are looking for a quiet room. I wouldnt recommend for family. Quite common in karlsruhe, the room price and the rooms value dont match at all! I stood there several times (always single room) but never got a modern room! The walls are super thin and I could hear the person snorring 2 rooms further! I tried to arrange a fixed rate per night since I planned to stay there more than 100 nights/year but once the hotel manager accepted and agreed on the price and deal, he changed his mind on the day of first arrival and asked for 25% more per night for any further time I stay there although I got a confirmed price black on white! He started shouting at me on the phone and this was really insulting! The staff was fine but the manager's behaviour was inappropriate.

The room was very worn down. Not recommended for business travelers, okay for students. Very small rooms and the shower stall is not suitable for anyone slightly above average size. Shower stall footprint is about 70cm x 70cm…

The hotel is located in the middle of the Südstadt of Karlsruhe. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is just around the corner. Inside the hotel is a lot of new made, simple but functional. However, I found the room price of over 100 euros somewhat exaggerated.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with well-kept integrated bathroom. Breakfast buffet looks clear but is replenished continuously.
Access by car is problematic due to the current local traffic management.

I had a real great time at this hotel, it was "simple", but the quality of the services were great. People working there are very welcoming and rooms are super clean and well designed :) Price was really worth it, some say the rooms are a bit small, but space wasn't something I need, as I visited the city. I also had a super great breakfast, well managed and well served. Thanks again for the good time :) Note : Documents about hotel and other written stuff is all in german, may be a bit annoying for foreigners, like me, I couldn't read some informative stuff, maybe translate them?

A really good hotel with great breakfast, no lunch or dinner though. Just watch out because the small rooms are small.

The room is clean and comfortable / modern furnished. Breakfast fine. The water in the room and Wi-Fi a nice service.
An absurdity is that my vehicle in the hotel car park was parked so, that it was not possible to go through the driver's door. Here the parking should be redistributed probably. The overall impression is suffering and therefore actually no longer everything is ok for me.

Good location with close tram station. Clean enough. No one is better around the area in the price range.

This family owned hotel is nothing fancy, but with its clean rooms and nice personnel it gets the job done for a very acceptable price. Good location between the train station and the town center, with a two minute walk to some of the main tram lines. The rooms are also very quite, which is a rare quality at the moment due to a lot of major building sites around the city.

Hotel was by the owner: reception, entrance area, Central toilets, corridors on the floors and several rooms have been renovated Meanwhile TOP. Way to go!
