Its completely worth everything. All their employees are friendly and their services are Immaculate! I recommend it.

Good, decent Hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is rich. You can't go wrong if you book here. I also appreciate the proximity of the train station and the short distances in the city centre with the castle, the museums, the Baden state theatre, the BVerfG, BGH, and all the other nice things in Karlsruhe, Germany. I have to pause due to Corona somewhat, all the service are deleted travel. My anticipation of seeing you is great!

We decided to give the restaurant and bar a try and were not disappointed. Delicious schnitzel and my colleague had the burger and fries! And great and friendly service throughout from beers before through dinner.

We went to the restaraurant which was recommended to us by a friend.
At our arrival the waiter mr. Merkel took very good care of us and got us seated.
I orderd the lobster as a starter and the fishdish as a main. Both of Them where prestend by the very passionated and skilles chef mr. Schaefer.
Both of the dishes where nothing else but fantastic!
I can recommend this restaurant to all People that want tasty food and a great service.

I highly recommend this hotel as we had an amazing Experience in it. The receptionist (Sebastian) has fantastic customer service skills, but the experience we had in the hotel's restaurant was unexpected and indescribable one of the best dinners of my life, from the starter to the dessert was an incredible culinary journey hats of to the chef but cannot forget to mention our waiter (Nils) he is just amazing excellent English speaking and knowledge about the food. Room was great to will definitely come back.

The hotel was great! Perfect location as it is close to the train station and all the sites to see. Would happily stay there again. My only issue was the shower, the shower curtain only covers half of the bathtub, so water would splash all over the floor while showering.

The hotel looks rather plain from the outside but the room are very good. A bit small / compact but everything needed is there. The bathroom and room itself are very clean and looks nice. Great working AC helped to keep the room cold during got days. The breakfast is definitely recommendable and got a wide variety of different foods.

Had a seminar here. Was quite good. Food was also acceptable. No star restaurant, but diverse and adequate. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms.

This hotel is my only choice now when I visit Karlsruhe. The reception is dynamic and warm, the rooms restful, clean. You have a park a few meters away, trees and the chirping of birds to soothe your stay. This is my second night but I am already enchanted…

Stayed on the 11th floor, a separate lift to the 10th floor, one stair flight on foot. Loved the large clean room, spacious bathroom with bath, kettle, tea and coffee bags, glasses, one liter bottle of water on the day of arrival, armchair and coffee table, safe. Surprised the outdoor air conditioner was not hot, we did not include.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was very nice. On the day of departure the Russian-speaking employee handed us a bottle of mineral water, it was pleasant.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, made from hot even teftelki and fried potatoes. In addition to the coffee machine is a coffee pot and disposable glasses with a lid, I think, you can pour coffee with you on the road.
Parking in front of the hotel is small, the hotel gives a discount on guarded parking nearby. We put the car on the nearby public parking, from 20:00 to 08:00 on weekdays and on weekends free of charge.

Excellent lodging and service. Breakfast just great and fast when at business travel. They should start restaurant service at 6:00am. Since business men need to get off here very early in the morning. Elevators need real maintenance.

The rooms are nothing special, the service fairly standard. Bad smells of the services provided.

Not easy to get to because of road works in the city and the hotel is set back from the road behind trees so not easy to see from the main road. The parking machine does not take cards. Room service menu is limited and no provision for special dietary needs. Rooms are too hot at night and temperature control is limited. Reducing controller to 16C put on the aircon but then the radiator would heat up. Very poor temperature control.

Excellent service as always from Leonardo, good location 10 minutes away from city centre, good sized, clean and quiet room, breakfast service is also great, good choice and variety of dishes. Finally they also provide free parking on there grounds.

He was very attentive. We were happy that he conversed very well in English. What a pleasant experience for weary travelers!

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Was here for a business trip. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room/shower was very nice too. It was a lot more expensive than another hotel 2 weeks earlier, but I think there was an event on and I was lucky to get any hotel room! I would highly recommend the Leonardo Hotel.

From the outside, Leonardo is quite arbitrary. From the inside you have a rather cosy, not entirely new hotel. Here you can feel at ease. Clean and tidy, with an artistic touch that doesn't annoy you. All in all, I felt very comfortable.

My stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Karlsruhe was just great. The staff at the reception as well as the service was very friendly. You have noticed that you have fun at work. In the evening we went to the restaurant for dinner. A very big compliment to the kitchen. The food was delicious, fresh and nicely done. Afterwards we were in the bar in the house and it was just great. We can only recommend it to anyone.

I was there last year and satisfied. This year it was again excellent however the room somewhat cramped or The passage. Also, the shower cover was a bit small. Otherwise excellent.

The only negative things were two: — I had reported a failure to the bedside bulb for night reading and despite two reports have never done during the seven days. Of my stay.

Nice room, clean, although not quite new. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Point deduction for air conditioning, which at night constantly cracked and made loud noises… The magnificent view from the 10th floor compensated for something. In the morning there were early risers of coffee and tea at 5.30 o'clock. Here we would like to come back anytime.

The room was super prepared, also free water was there. Everything provided for your own tea and coffee making is also great and not self-evident. The bathroom is beautiful also look from the shampoo which is cooperation. Overall a super hotel.

The Leonardo surprised me with a kind welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and a nice bath room with bathtub. The included breakfast was delicious. They even provide left overs to their guests for the rest of the day. Did you ever enjoyed a Croissant with Nutella and a cup of coffee in the afternoon? Here you can have it for free. There is nothing to complain about the Leonardo. 5 Stars.

Great hotel, lovely staff and very clean. Stayed here for business, but would absolutely stay here for pleasure. My photo is from the 10th floor, a great city view.

The Staff of the check in and check out were very friendly. It is extremely friend to compare for Germany or Europa generally Staff is very helpful when I ever need any things. Amazing the Safe of the Hotel is the biggest in any hotel I ever see. Belive me, I am dianmond member of Hilton, Platium of IHG, Gold of SPG, Diamond of GOlden Cirlce, Gold of Carlson. The only one weak point of the hotel is, the toilett smell, they must use better desinfection water.

It is way too hot in the rooms and could not touch the heating. It's really not nice.
On the other hand, very nice breakfast and there are the possibility to make mugs for the long Roaf trip.

We stayed 2 nights and had a nice stay. Nice staff, nice rooms and also really delicious food. Only the parking search was a bit annoying. With a smart it would have been no problem but our car is already a different format. Overall, I can recommend the hotel Leonardo to anyone!

Rooms are OK, but I've seen much nicer bathrooms in 4 star hotels, here it is kind of old. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Not many parking places in front of the hotel and because half of Karlsruhe is now under construction, sometimes it is complicated to navigate the streets and get to the hotel.

After getting to the centre of Karlsruhe, we were very kindly greeted by a young dark-haired lady with a sparkling wine. Check-in was also easy. The rooms were clean as well as the staff in the breakfast area as well as the breakfast itself was top. We would love to come back!

Good Hotel but nothing of the other world…

The hotel is acceptable… The rooms are small and dated, with tiny bathroom, but seem clean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Sound proofing is not great. The lack of a gym/fitness center in the hotel is a major bummer, especially when it's raining and miserable outside.

Nice brunch buffet, in particular on the first Sunday of every month :) cold and warm buffet for a very competitive price and on top of that very friendly staff! Definitely worth a visit, or more than one!

I absolutely recommend the all-you-can-eat brunch that the hotel organizes every first Sunday of the month (open also to external clients) : large choice of food, high quality and an affordable price! The staff is always nice and helpful.

Get a new room — but much smaller.
But that's it, too.
15, — Euro Cleaning for a dog is perfectly fine.
3 days — 3x 15, — Euro is questionable because the room has not been cleaned in the meantime.
Breakfast 12, — Euro is covered, although breakfast was plentiful and good.
Next year we will take another hotel.
As we have been given, we are not the only ones.

Friendly staff Reasonable prices.

Good afternoon, last night the 29th 11th, I was with one, colleague for the second time to visit your home. Room and reception as previously excellent and highly recommended. And also this time we ate locally, and were positively surprised. The service brought us, two black plates, a delicious greetings from the kitchen, we could not remember this for the first visit. To the main course he was lovingly prepared, here one looked at the eye, and also this was very delicious. All in all it was a nice evening with excellent service like again.

Room OK for a few nights. Underground parking available. Breakfast is small but good choice.
However difficult to approach due to job sites around. And a renovation of the hotel would also not be an exaggerated luxury.

Quiet joint with a relaxing vibe. The bar service is great and I would definitely come back for that. Food was good even though there was some under-cooked meat. Nevertheless a good experience.

We got it cheap online the day before. Nice hotel for people looking for more American style. Double room could have been a tad larger, but we weren't cramped. On this trip we stayed in a lot of hostels and 3 star places, so the bathroom was downright luxurious… roomy and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic and cheap and boy what an spread — hot meat, cold cuts, cheeses not just slices, lots of bread, veggies, fruits, cereals, juices… The problem is the street work going on in and around Karlsruhe, including in front of the Leonardo… what a mess. We ended up at a barrier and drive down a sidewalk to get to the side street near the Leonardo. Satellite traffic said 3 hours to go basically 8km as we left for Baden-Baden; we started on the A5 and it took us 45mins to get off and we were still at a Karlsruhe exit. We took back roads, which was really nice…

We were on the highest floor so we got a nice view of Karlsruhe. Price is reasonable and the room was great; clean and spacious, with a decent sized bathroom. Would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very nice, staff is amazing, food is good — breakfast could do with a bit of diversity. Only think that bothered me was Wi-Fi speed…

Nice staff and room, but location is surrounded by construction and there's no fitness center. Great rates as well.

A very nice hotel in a good location. It reached quickly many stations and is in the Centre in a few minutes. The rooms are very clean and well kept, and you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a car park and a garage. Rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly. We were very satisfied.

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Check-in was made for us also significantly before 15 00 clock possible.

Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Personal überaus freundlich. Das Essen war absolut super. Nur die Hoteleinrichtung außerhalb der Zimmer läßt zu wünschen übrig (hässliche Stahltüren, Teppiche mit gewöhnungsbedürftigen Mustern). Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen. ps. : Die 11. Etage läßt sich nur über den 10. Stock per Treppe erreichen — also bis zum 10. Mit dem Aufzug, dann weiter über das Treppenhaus.

The rooms are from the 1980s and felt since then have not been renovated. The carpets are dirty. The air conditioning ran at 30 degree ambient temperature non (electronics defective, take a few days), there is no mini-bar (only an empty fridge in the room). Despite a double room only one (1) glass and a Cup in the room. The shower is in the bath with a curtain, the fixtures are old, the process creates not so much the way how comes, you are in the "broth". No, by far the worst hotel in the me Porstmann Kongresse Berlin ever housed. I said that it was more expensive than the big modern Hotel opposite?

Found by chance and it is really great. For an incredible price in a 4 star hotel — just top. Service is very nice, the room clean, it is completely isolated from outside noise. The location is also within easy reach.

Nice room good food with Self Service. Only drawback paid Wi-Fi 5 euros l now. Close to the Centre.

I only use the car park close to the zoo.
