I was allowed to stay in this hotel this weekend and found it really good! The nice service at the reception from the head of the house to the nice Saxon Swabian waitress just fit everything!
Beautifully furnished and clean rooms with Wi-Fi made the stay round!
I found the restaurant excellent! Super delicious fresh dishes! I was super cooked on both evenings! See also my review at

Very modern, attractive rooms furnished with great attention to detail. A great restaurant with food to be told for a long time to come. A small but fine selection of dishes in star quality. Various good wines and beers round off the overall picture perfectly.

Nice hotel with newly renovated rooms which include small gags:p the food was good and tasty with recommendations of the House.
The breakfast could have been a bit more (no sweet spread).
All in all I was very pleased with the visit. Gladly again.

Is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare: German, regional tavern-kitchen. Typical Swabian restaurant, manageable map, where the products come from. Friendly service, own butcher's shop — the mule bags are made by yourself — nicely prepared and tasty dishes. Prices are high, which is due to good quality. Highly recommended!

Family-run guesthouse in a friendly and cosy atmosphere. The food is terrific at a good price. In summer you can have a cool drink and a small meal in the small but fine beer garden. A visit is worthwhile!

Very nice family run hotel with restaurant.
The location is nice and quiet. The surrounding area with the old monastery and nature invites you to take great walks.
The food in the restaurant is good German food and highly recommended.
The rooms in the main building where we stayed are very cozy and clean. Rich Breakfast with all the amenities.
Would come back here again and again. Can really recommend it.

We stayed here this summer whilst our boys attended a 2 day volleyball competition in Ochsenhausen. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent (a lady sitting next to us in the restaurant had forgotten her phone charger and the owner gave her hers for the night), the food was very very good and the bedrooms were sufficient (if a little outdated). Thanks for a wonderful stay and if the boys play again in Ochsenhausen we will definitely be staying again.

Only yesterday we had the chef's cooking again, get to know, for he is widely known beyond the city limits and appreciated. Quite sure I'm soon back in there as a guest.

Really very good food, what a Surprised each time anew! Also a lot of delicious regional specialities you can try. The staff is very hard, is friendly and polite.

Country Inn with excellent, honest kitchen, the asking price is absolutely worth is. We are still there, never been disappointed.
