Everyone is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet, savoury and sweet lunch, 5 course menus in the evening very tasty.
Spa, sauna area, outdoor pool as well as indoor pools, relaxation area, salt grotto everything great.

We were there in October and very satisfied. Beautiful rooms, good food, great spa area and very nice staff. We'll be back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, Wellnes with 2 indoor pools 1 outdoor swimming pool, water, juice and hot drinks free of charge in self-service, large selection of morning dinners, dinners in half board very tasty.

The welcome on arrival was very nice. The relaxation and the pleasure of the holiday turned into an instant. A very warm welcome.

Wellness, spa and Fitness: I can only say so much: I haven't been that relaxed for a long time. And after the really great back Massage Deluxe I was relaxed:)
Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. Fantastic, in a cosy atmosphere.
Dinner: A 6-course menu enchants your palate. It is a pity that one is tired at some point, although one would like to go to the dessert buffet again:)
An evening in the lobby is a must! Especially with live music at the piano. Great beverage menu, great atmosphere.
Staff. Attentive, very polite and nice. I felt very comfortable. Just great!

Mitten in Hinterzarten gelegen. Parkplätze kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus. Herzlicher Empfang durch freundliche Hotelangestellte. Im Einzelzimmer könnte das Bett und auch das Bad größer sein. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet (ab 8 Uhr). Im Rahmen der 3/4 Halbpension ist ab 14 Uhr Kuchen, Salate und eine kleine Mahlzeit mit enthalten. Der Kuchen war teilweise etwas trocken, die Auswahl für einen kurzen Nachmittagssnack ist aber ausreichend. Zum Abendessen gibt es ein 4 Gänge Menü. Gute Qualität der Speisen und auch hier eine große Essensvielfalt. Bedienung sehr nett und höflich. Wellnessbereich vorhanden, es wird in textilfrei und textilbereich unterschieden. Mir persönlich hat der textilfreie Bereich von der Saunaausstattung und Ambiente besser gefallen. In beiden Bereichen gibt es Saunen, Pool und Whirlpool liegt im textil Bereich.

Overall a great hotel. But I expected more. I think at this level, high standards of cleanliness and service are justified.

The best wellness hotel I've seen so far. Great spa area which is never crowded due to limitation for hotel guests and great massage packages.

Wonderful spa hotel for a relaxing time. There are three-quarter pensions, a very diverse wellness area and wonderfully attentive, friendly staff. There is also a programme: Guided tours, hikes, wine tasting, sports and lectures. The clientele is mature, needs rest and comes with full grown children.

We were now visiting the Reppert family 3 times and enjoyed it again. Every wish was fulfilled and this year's highlight was a great carriage ride with mulled wine.

The hotel really has a very nice, large wellness area. Also the food was outstanding. Also the staff is very friendly and well trained. Also the massage at the spa was top.
The only downside was the single room, which was really not very nice and had too little storage space, but I could take a look in a double room and they were very pretty.
I will certainly come back again.

Attentive owner and his family run this beautiful resort in the Black Forest. Strongly recommend this hotel for those wishing to explore the forest.

Super friendly staff as owners are concerned the stay as nice as possible. It was a fantastic week, bathrooms are clean and well maintained, activities are carefully selected and with the guests of the hotel carried out. Food is the superclass plenty of it. Room top. At Any time am already looking forward to next time.
