We spent a fantastic holiday week in Kaiser's Fir from 02.02. To 08.02.20. We felt comfortable all around. Even the winter is still coming and so we could spend some great hours in the snow with the whole family!
Absolutely ingenious and recommendable! Clean rooms, friendly service and great food (both cafe/dessert, as well as breakfast & food). You just feel comfortable in Kaiser's fir, the lived Black Forest hospitality! Will come back safely!

This year, I had to be lucky a number of times a guest here. And, as always, the stay in the holiday hotel Kaisers Tanne's is a treat. The friendly reception, the spacious, well-equipped room, the beautiful Spa area with Pool and the excellent quality of the cuisine for the well-being of the guest. Over all the discreet care of the owner as well as the friendliness and competence of the dedicated staff hovering.

Cleanliness: — clean rooms and sanitary facilities — Clean spa kitchen/food: — breakfast: sufficient variety — gourmet half board (5 courses) : — quantity: huge-> We just ordered the reduced portion every night and still had plenty on the Dish quality of food:-> the lamb was the best we've ever eaten = > The gourmet hp leaves little room for criticism. Price EUR 12, 00 per person for 5 courses! These would be a la carte in a comparable restaurant locker > EUR 50 Expensive.
Conclusion: we seldom ate so high quality and abundant.
1 star deduction: only the first contact by telephone was very bumpy and improvement in terms of wellness booking/redemption of our Voucher. For this reason we were seriously considering not to arrive despite a 100% tiger down Payment.
Note For other guests: massages and cosmetics in good time! Booking as this offer is only available on 3 days per week: tue, Thu and Sa.
Our "suggestions" for reparations were unexpectedly and happily responded to.

A hotel for connoisseurs!
We were recently a guest at the hotel Kaiser Fir for a long weekend and felt completely at ease! Here the individual guest is still valued and pampered. The hotel is small and therefore something very special for those looking for something far away from the Massentorismus.
The food as part of the half board is simply the hammer! Those who go to bed hungry here have done something wrong! There is a large appetizer buffet every night and several courses to choose from. And the portions are a force! We seldom ate so well! And the atmosphere in the restaurants is truly unique!
The super friendly waiters who pampered us every day.
The spa area is small but fine and offers everything you need: well-kept swimming pool to swim in the morning or in the evening a few laps, two different saunas and a lounge area. And also a nice view out into the green.
The hosts are really very cordial and strive for the well-being of every guest. Here you can even go from table to table in the evening!
We have also been very appreciative of the area: Freiburg can be reached quickly through the Höllental and the Feldberg is not far. What more could you want…
The next holiday is already booked! We are looking forward to seeing you!

Eating for the price just too lean and the rooms set up for so gennante 4 stars very sadly since I prefer to go the nerest times it's a ibis da cost the best rooms no longer alls 150 euros which night and are more beautifully decorated never even if it's my wife good meant

Very bad I've been to the Black Forest so much times for an extended weekend but I've never had such a bad one.

We had another unforgettable day at the Black Forest Hotel Kaiser's fir. The excellent food, service and family atmosphere make every visit very special. Pure Black Forest.

Great service, super nice staff, well-groomed hotel, the food is sensational every time. We have been going to the Kaiser's fir for many years and again and again. It's pure relaxation. You really rarely see that much.

Nice place to have a cup of coffee. Don't worry. The presentation of the cakes is via bad pictures … the cake itself is very tasty.
