We cancelled a reservation which could easily be cancelled (and according to all terms & conditions of Booking. Com), but we haven't received the money. If this hotel will not refund, then we'll report this to the Police (theft) and the Credit Card company.
➜ In coffee time, never again! No table clean, operation very unmotivated. Unfortunately, that was nothing. Not to mention the quality of the cakes on offer. Fortunately, our last visit is to find alternatives in this region.

The same story happened to me with this hotelier. Promise to refund within 15 days and since… nothing. Not too honest especially as the deadlines were more than met.
