Very unfriendly and unpleasant operation. Did not clear before being newly revealed we had to create space ourselves.
A guest (we were 14 people) got his main course only when everyone else was already finished.
The meat was not cooked as required and desserts were not available most of the time. On the first visit, an old-school waiter was very friendly and well educated but today only three broken German-speaking unfriendly and poorly trained. On request I got a "we are here no 2 stars invite "

Therefore, we cannot recommend this restaurant. What a pity.

Wait too long for the food! Say about an hour without food! This is unprofessional.

My mother wanted to reserve a table.
She had asked if there was still a table for 5 people free for this Sunday, the woman on the phone was immediately very unkind and said that she did not have a table free for Sunday.
So my mom asked about Saturday. She would have two birthdays, that wouldn't be possible either.
So my mother asked if there was still something free in a week or two.
She kept shouting at her and was very unkind.
Our conclusion, it was not possible to reserve a table. At no point at all. We wouldn't have cared when we wanted to redeem the voucher.
Update: After reserving on site, I wanted to add this to my review.
The hotel is very nice and elegantly furnished.
The food was also delicious and the price was perfectly fine.

Deplorable welcome to listen to the waiter the boss was still asleep at 2pm time when we had to take the room the 3 stars are only for the kitchen.

Well run House, inexpensive and gutschmeckendes food, the waitress is very friendly, unfortunately the service is understaffed during the peak hours.

Great service and Super tasty German food at affordable prices. Before my first visit I had to bear in mind that I could not pay the bill, but the high-quality equipment and the top waiters as well as the location of the Hotel Ott (opposite Vita Classica Therme) led me astray with my estimation. I found an affordable restaurant with great service and food on a high level.
From me the hotel OTT at any rate receives 5 of 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Good Bourgeois hotel. The price-performance ratio is right here. The interior has come a little in the years, but completely acceptable. Going to come back.

Were here last year, very friendly staff and very clean rooms! Great choice at breakfast, even the dinner very good!

Good food, good price, nice served waiter very friendly and accommodating baby chair available but no children's menu. Ordering a portion of fries was no problem and came quickly.
Recommend the restaurant… Unfortunately, in the background, an employee got a little nervous breakdown and utterly loud.

Avoid avoid avoid! Rude service on another level. Food is ok, but having to put up with the uncomfortable atmosphere is not worth it. Trust me… there are better places in BK and nearing towns. Frau Ott who runs the hotel is heard screaming all day from the kitchen. It is unpleasant and I don't know how she stays in business. There are great Michelin quality restaurants nearby… for fine dining try Storchen which is fantastic. Otherwise, in summer go for the farm run Straussis which make sensational food with warm and relaxed atmosphere. Staufen has a couple good spots.

Restaurant: The food is very good and we have returned many times for it along with the nice ambience. Today unfortunately, whilst the front of house was very friendly and trying their best to create a nice atmosphere and keep things going smoothly, the owner could be heard shouting both in the kitchen and in the bar area – the shouting getting ever louder and insistent as the orders stalled – the guests found themselves waiting very long for their orders. A potential hotel guest inquiring for a room was sent to the reception with an empty promise that they would be checked in a few minutes – he left after about half an hour of futile waiting. Chapeau to the front of house and cooks for their great work – I can only hope the owner gets her act together, or what used to be a wonderful restaurant has had its run.

To have 19:40 we the evening card get to our question whether there would be still eating there response I must ask in the kitchen because there nobody has more lust to a boil. A day before we have seen the same with other guests. A tip goes better elsewhere. The food taste however. The subdued to the guests is but not to apologize. Is simply a reserved place plate on the table and say I suppose nothing is also normal

Hello Was over the weekend with my boyfriend 2 nights in the Hotel Ott. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. About the cleanliness is debatable known. Kalckflecken the shower and wipe the edges of the door. Otherwise OK Breakfast Buffet delicious and Lush on Saturday. On Sunday, there was less variety in the types of rolls, which is absolutely Delicious as was the coffee and the staff in the Morning was very accommodating. Up to the Boss, who loudly at the bar reservations made clear. The Evening meal, was Qualitatively very good and totally delicious. The absolute Hammer, however, was that all Evening croaking arose out of the kitchen. At first we thought, ok Unkompetentes staff, Yes you can time to rant. It turned out that this scenario every evening will be presented. The one waiter was very Embarrassing, since he's not here long and the 2. Was so callous, because he apparently already are years endures, this was half Board with Live music. For all the love and understanding in Today's pressure in this industry, but it gave me the Appetitt spoiled and my first relaxing weekend are 5 years old, I could not really enjoy. Because I wanted to, without squabbling and Gestreite (at home with the kids) a Decent meal without the Scruff of the neck cover. And this was UNFORTUNATELY not possible to Express the because the good wife the Ott is a very persistent and very LOUD kind of has to be your staff in the 4 corner rumzuschreien. Very sad.

The food is good but what I have experienced is the crowning glory of my husband and I wanted a quiet evening with good food to enjoy. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that the mood of the staff, not, as usual, was. We ordered our food, when suddenly in the kitchen, a huge noise went all the guests looked puzzled but it was getting louder, I think so some of the guests, the food was pretty much gone as it turned out it was the Boss who misbehaved had. Not enough that you are in the kitchen was no, she ran furiously through the Restaurant shouting also there as a Hellcat around and went back into the kitchen where they continued to clamor. Poor staff, I can only say. It may well be that something goes wrong but you should never be in the presence of guests so out of character. Personally, I don't know if I the house again visits although I always liked when we were here and I think that I am not the only one who made it so, because the experience today, had to do to be right with me.

The price/performance ratio was right here in any case. To normal prices can be good to very good to be eaten.
