➜ Was there for business a night. I arrived after an eternally long journey and got a kind of crash course about house code etc. In one minute. Friendly but you felt so handled. Soon after, he knew why. Then had no hot water and went to the reception to complain after a cold shower then and the dear colleague was obviously in the evening because everything was dark here. This was forgotten in the crash course but forgot to mention that the reception will no longer be occupied.
The next morning I mature again at the reception, because the hot water problem still existed. Here you immediately got the blame of not having called any emergency number from a note, instead of any help or at least an apology. Nowhere the info except this 1 note at the dark reception what you can do all the phone numbers you found were from the unoccupied reception. After the conversation there was no problem solution and the colleague was simply generally super unfriendly, zero went to one. It was just the problem (where I would be again with the missing information, just when such problems are already known) and that she has to contact the boss as soon as possible. "as soon as possible" in such a case is rather an immediate and not at some point?! And also no room free. But instead of at least a debt relief there was only snippy "outside be it no winter" that was then also the icing on the cake for me.
