Toilet are not suitable for Indian.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The room is small but for us it was not fundamental. Breakfast was good. The place is also nice, especially the night town with the outdoor veranda! In short, we did not regret that we stayed in Epica)

Very friendly and helpful people are working there. However, The walls are apparently made of paper — I could hear every step and word of my neighbours! One rain and no electricity! But you get a candle…

I like this hotel so much staff amazing helpful smiling all reception it is amazing I stay on last March 4 night and for sure I will go there again.

Awesome hotel! Everything about it was great from the location to the rooftop view to the breakfast to the staff members. They are all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anna who helped us alot in several situations. Very recommended if anyone is considering a visit to Tbilisi.

Very nice hotel. Tasty breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great view of the city and the Sameba church from the terrace as well.

Got room that smelled sewage (problems with drains in bathroom). The hotel tried fixing it with chlorine. Ended up with both of us getting serious headaches the next morning. The hotel offered us other room of lower standard without any compensation. We chose this room instead of the sewage room. When we asked to simply get refunded the price difference between the two rooms for only one night they were hesitent. They did so only after us insisting that this was the least they could do after the whole chlorine/sewage smell adventure. When you ruin both a night and a day for your guests you need to offer up some form of compensation and when you even are reluctant to refund the price difference between a worse room and the one we ordered then 1 star it is. Also the chlorine ruined one of my socks! They did not even clean up properly. Lucky for them it was just a sock.

I'm sending my Love to all those sweet Epic's employees who had made my Life Beautiful for the past two weeks. Finally I return to a land of freedom but the memories of Georgian experience will have a special place in my heart for ever… The Hotel is a Great place to stay! Fantastic view, close to everything, excellent management, very professional friendly staff, daily housekeeping, yami food with a vegetarian option — 5 stars.
