I stayed one night at this boutique guest house in Poti and was very pleasantly surprised. The house was spotless and clearly prepared with great attention to detail the kind of service you would normally expect from a good hotel. Overall, it was better than most hotels in Poti, without a doubt. It’s very noticeable that the owner truly cares about the business and the guest experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
I spent 4 days in this lovely boutique guest house.
The owner, Natalya, is a friendly, caring and charming lady and she is obsessive about cleanliness.
This is of course a good thing because the premises are always neat and sparkling clean (she even mops the floors of the communal kitchen and stylish living room twice a day).
I also met her daughter who did the cleaning one day and her sweet and polite grandson.
The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi is strong and flawless.
However, there is limited storage space in the room.
It won't be a problem for those staying one or two days but if you are a couple and staying for a few days you will run out of space for your stuff.
I recommend the owner replaces the small table in the room with a table 50% larger than the current one and also places a wardrobe of around 1.5 meters under the air conditioner.
There is actually a designated space for the wardrobe so it is surprising there is not one.
To be able to store clothes and bags out of site will enhance the experience and allow guests to enjoy the minimalist and impressive design of the room.
