Cottages in Samckhe JavakhetiCottage

The best place and politest hosts 😍. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 6. Had a realy good time. The owners Maka and Morabi hosted us so warmly. Made us the best Georgian food and played us folk music. It was an amazing experience.

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and a very friendly gentleman, Grimi, owns and operates the place.

We ended up staying here on two separate occasions during our stay in Georgia — it was fantastic. Super comfortable room, great bathroom, and so nice to have a small kitchen.

Very welcoming host. The room was very clean and had everything you need. Parking was available; the host even showed us where to park.

Everything was good. The receptionist was amazing and cooperative man.

Very cozy, comfortable and amazingly thought out to the smallest detail! You will definitely like it here! My cat and I stayed for two instead of one night 🤗👌

Nice apartments with a wonderful owner! He treated me to homemade wine (very good) and explained everything!

We visited the place with group of friends.

Very clean.
In winter it is a little far from the ski lifts, but there are inexpensive transportation.

We rested from February 9 to 14 with 2 families. Large, clean, warm, comfortable house, friendly owners. Convenient location. There are 2 shops across the road (which was very convenient).

My family and I felt cozy and comfortable.
But by New Year's, we were definitely missing some Christmas lights in the house.

Great place for a quiet time or active holiday. The house is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need for a holiday. A special pleasure for me was the fireplace in the living room.

Very family oriented hotel with excellent kids facilities. Various breakfast buffet with rich assortment and tasty a la carte options.

Kokhta Bakuriani is nicely located at the end of Kokhta mountain, next to the ski lifts, which is very convenient for skiers.

We took villa number 2. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and close to everything: a pharmacy, a supermarket, Dunkin' Donuts, and a bakery.

Very nice resort. Only problem is no attendant at night hours which makes thing difficult.

Beautiful location and amazing hosts. Would recommend.
Cristina was an amazing host, and also was understanding regarding check-out time. The views are truly stunning and we had a great sleep.

This is one of the most comfortable and clean guesthouses we've stayed in surrounded by a stunning forest view. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The cabin area is very beautiful and overlooks the forests from the back, and the mountain slopes from the front.

Lovely, cozy place. The cottages are excellent and I love the overall decor and vibe of the place. Luca was extremely helpful and hospitable.

Exceptional accommodation, very suitable for Family and children ، There is no electric plug and Bathroom bidet.

The cottages are equipped with all amenities. Clean, cozy and warm. A 3 bedroom cottage in February costs 200 GEL per day.

Good place to stay and live, located in the city centre everything is near to this place, supermarket, restaurants, cafe, ski resort and Park.

This is a place that captivates from the first minute! It's like I got it.
Into a fairy tale. The villa itself is very beautiful inside, elements and antiques give this place a special charm.

Very good service, attentive staff, good food, cleanliness. Nice pool and sauna.
Thank you very much.
We will definitely come back.

My family and I went to this hotel for a week, but I'm sure I'll come her in winter too! Great room service, staff and food! Perfect location and prices, couldn't ask for anything better!
