The hotel is a very new (opened in August 2024) boutique style hotel on the outskirts of Mtskheta. It offers spectacular views of the Aragvi River and Jvari Monastery from the rear garden, a great pool (possibly the only hotel with a pool in Mtskheta? ) and a splendid vineyard growing overhead on the pergola along it. Sergei, the manager, is very friendly and helpful and may even treat you to a glass of the in house wine if you ask nicely! We stayed in the family room and had no complaints except for the slightly underpowered Aircon. Breakfast was fairly basic (toast, omelette, cheese, juice charged extra) but decent enough. All said, 5 stars considering the limited selection of hotels in Mtskheta.
