River Front Mtskheta

It is a nice and clean hotel with a good location, but the pool was a little bit dirty and full with insects.

If you wonder how bad service we can get in Georgia, you can choose this hotel. There is one girl blonde hair she doesnt know anything about to hospitality very rude.
She needs to get training about the tourism sector…

Has a great view on the river but feels abandoned. Durning my stay (mid July) there was almost no staff and everything felt dusty.

The hotel is situated in the center of Mtskheta close to the river side.
There is a parking in front of the hotel, but it’s after a barrier. One need to call to the hotel to open it.
The rooms look fine, but require some renovations.
Bedsheets and towels are washed as if with chlorine and smell a lot with it. Pillows feel like balloons and not very comfortable to sleep.
There were no soap in the room.
Service in the hotel confuses a lot.
Before possible check in personnel suggests to use a toilet in the not cleaned after another guests rooms, although there are other common toilet rooms in the hotel.
If you want to have relaxed time, staff will not help you with that. They turn on loud music after the allowed hours. And are not helpful even if other guests have party until 4am and disturb other guests from sleeping.
Breakfast was tasty, though we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get it.
*Due to low quality of service, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

1) We checked in at 15.30 instead of 14.00
2) The room is poorly cleaned — hair on the bathroom floor.
3) There was no second set of towels in the room, we asked for a seat: they gave us not 2, but one, and it was full of holes — 2 huge holes gaped.
4) there were no bottles of water in the room. Although even cheap hotels have been installing it for a long time. But there is a kettle. But there is no tea or coffee.
5) Breakfast was supposed to be at 9.00. In the evening I asked if it was possible to at least drink some coffee. They said yes. In the morning at 8.30 there was no one: at the reception there was a telephone number that was not answered; the kitchen is closed.
Kooda called the number from Google, and traffic began in the hotel. We made coffee. BUT — soluble… They don’t even cook it in Turk. I’m already silent about the coffee machine.
6) the view from the hotel is good, but you can hear noise from the highway.
7) there is no soundproofing in the rooms at all. You can hear every rustle and word from the corridor.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We visited for the first time a year ago and liked it so much that we stayed for 3 weeks. I think this is the best option in Mtskheta. There are temples very close by, and Svetitskhoveli can be seen from the window. In summer there is a swimming pool with views of the river and mountains. The hotel is building its own restaurant, which will be very convenient. Well, special thanks to George, he helped in all matters, even those that did not relate to accommodation. Without it, it would be just a good hotel, but this is a place where you want to return again and again. Thank you 🙏🏻

Georgy was simply top-notch, he greeted us in a fatherly manner, and throughout the rest he constantly showed attention and care.
We were with friends, the rooms were perfect and corresponded to the photos. There is hot water, excellent pressure, slippers and shower products!
The linen and towels are clean, fresh, do not smell damp, the room is very comfortable to be in.
The mattress and pillows were comfortable, we slept like babies.
We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Hotel manager Giorgiy ROBBERED us! Now a criminal case is being opened against him by the Mtskheta police. Don't hesitate to stay here! The music is blaring from morning until 3 am, the atmosphere is criminal, the bed linen is 5 years old. Sump!
