Amazing place for a stay, with clean rooms and forthcoming host. It is in a very quiet environment and comfortable location. There is absolutely charming little Cocker-Spaniel on the premises, guarding your stay and being so extremely cute that you will want to prolong your vacation to hang out with the dog.

This was a really clean and neat place to stay overnight in Msketha. The owners don't speak English but their daughter does and she was helpful. You can walk to the cathedral in front of the guesthouse as well as the main one further down. The spar is not far either. There is a really nice kitchenette stocked with cups, plates, cooking things, utensils etc. There is also a fridge. There is also a washing machine which helped me. You'll just need your own milk. They gave us some freshly made Georgian bread too which was sweet of them. If you are elderly then this isn't for you as there are quite a few stairs to climb to get from the road to the room. Heavy bags will be a bit of a pain to lug up too. The guesthouse is directly behind the church so it was a bit confusing for my driver to find. A sign will be helpful but we phoned them and they directed us. The bathroom is a decent size with a shower and the beds were comfortable.

The owner is very nice and won't disturb you. There is a courtyard with a direct view of the 4th century monastery. There is a lovely coca where you can cook and wash clothes. The house is clean and has a private bath.
