The mattress in the bedroom on the 3rd floor is dusty, I almost spat out my lungs, it feels like dust from the glass wool! The owner, Lena, didn't even apologize… I definitely don't recommend the 3rd floor. The storage room along the roof is full of dust. Apparently there is also the dustiest area under the floor! Horrible. How can you build like that for people!? No conscience.
Great place, we danced on the balcony until late, quiet and beautiful area! The family is very chill.

Breakfast is served in the morning if you want, and there are other people who sometimes live there, so this place has a ''hostel'' vibe with more mature adults.
Close to the center of Mtskheta, we had a great Georgian new year there!
