Great quiet spot two blocks off the main drag. Welcoming host, nice garden/common area, and excellent price! Noon checkout is a bonus for wine country where morning can run a bit slow.

Stayed here for one night in a triple and double room. The rooms are good, the owner is friendly. Outdoor barbecue area and kitchen.

Staying at Keto and Oto’s guesthouse was the best experience we had in Georgia! Keto and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The place is in a nice and safe area. It's calm and feel of green. The garden is amazing, and cottages are very cosy and clean. The hostess is very friendly and the food is delicious.

Most welcoming amazing Georgian family.

The first thing you notice when entering the Maria’s guesthouse is a stunning view. The second one is unlimited friendliness and genuine hospitality of the owners.

We stayed here in the end of October for three nights. Maria was a lovely host, we felt very welcome!
