Cheap Hotels in Kakheti

So far on our trip we’ve only had good experiences, but this place tops them all. Keto and Oto are unbelievably welcoming hosts.

Staying at Keto and Oto’s guesthouse was the best experience we had in Georgia! Keto and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The owners are really kind. We showed us his small winery where he makes his wine. Good location in the main street.

Very nice place in the center!
Gidi is suuuuper nice, he offered his wine when we arrived, and we had a quick chat, the house is very good and the room very comfy, thank you for everything!.

Great place to stay, owners friendly and nice. Property is well made and has a great view.

Stayed here for the weekend, and I loved it! The location is perfect, offering great views and being close to the city center. The yard is cozy, and the hosts are kind and welcoming.

Highly recommended! The views right in front of the hotel building are absolutely breathtaking—every moment spent there felt like a postcard.

Staying at Hotel Complex Nabado in Tusheti was an unforgettable experience! The rooms are amazing, decorated in a beautiful old style that makes you feel the true spirit of the region.

Close to the national natural reserve.
Very nice couple, helped us with everything we needed. The rooms had no AC but we managed.
Great overall.

We spent one night at the guesthouse. The hosts are very friendly and welcomed us as if we were part of family.
The house was clean, well-decorated, and the room was spacious and bright.

Excellent hotel in the center of Sighnaghi. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The views from the hotel and restaurant are simply amazing.

Gorgeous place, the hospitality of the owners is at the highest level. The wine tasting is magical. The cuisine is delicious.

Wonderful place, wonderful hostesses! Paradise for soul and body!

Lovely home stay — very welcoming, clean and comfortable!

Very kind and generous hosts who gave us clippings of some gorgeous trees in the garden. Clean. Comfortable. Tasty breakfast.

Nice place to stay, basic but clean rooms. Great bathroom and shower. Nice terrace and BEAUTIFUL garden. Friendly and welcoming owners. Close enough to town to enjoy Telavi and the quiet of nature.

Very nice guest house with very nice hosts! The rooms are clean, nothing is broken, the bed is comfortable. There is a terrace with a very beautiful view of the valley. I recommend!

Guys, the warmest and most welcoming hotel in Sighnaghi. We met the owners. The kindest and brightest people. I felt like I had arrived at home.

They locals provided very friendly hospitality and we got a nice stay. I left my watch back and the owner drove to find us and return it I found that as a very kind gesture.

The wonderful, kind-hearted, and hospitable host. Quiet and peaceful place. In general, I recommend it.

We had an amazing time staying at Guest House Iura! The host, Nana, is very kind, continually sharing food and drinks!

Guesthouse within walking distance of the city center. Sighnaghi is a more expensive city to stay in. The guesthouse offers good value for money. Rooms are spacious and can accommodate large groups.

Great location, even better view. Breakfast was huge and the owners were so lovely and friendly and the room was comfy too. Definitely the best for the price.

The best place with a beautiful view and an equally wonderful hostess.

Good location, included excursion to the winery and delicious breakfast.

Yesssss it's good 👍🏻 Place 😎☺️🍷🤩😂🏞

The host went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time in Kvareli, very welcoming and great hospitality! The room itself is recently refurbished and well designed. Would definitely recommend.

A fabulous place, the owner Marina became like family from the first minute.

We went by car. The parking lot is very nice. The hotel rooms are exactly as pictured. It's right in the middle of nature.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Price/quality matches.
I would like tea/coffee, at least boiling water and a mug, to be available throughout the day.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The boss is friendly. The bed in the room is large. There is plenty of hot water for bathing. The kitchen has many kitchen utensils and is easy to use.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms with all amenities. Friendly staff. All liked it! Your own parking.

The Art Hotel is a very nice and well-kept hotel. You can see the attention to detail everywhere. The owner Lali is very hospitable and helpful, regardless of whether it is planning trips or catering.

The best place, the super positive host, amazing swimming pool. Good place forfamily and friends. I highly recommend Sighnaghi Art Hotel&Seimming Pool.

Great location, delicious food, nice and clean rooms! Definitely will come back here!

Khinkali are the best, excellent service, friendly staff.

How can someone leave a bad review I have no idea. Everything about this place is incredible, beautiful house, garden, service, wine 🙌🏻

This lovely guesthouse with a flowering and peaceful garden is the place where staying. At 5 minutes walking from the beautiful Lagodekhi protected area, the staff is welcoming and very nice.

A wonderful guesthouse in the heart of the city! The hostess is kind and welcoming, and the prices are excellent. In 2024, we paid only 50 lari for a room.

Charming, cozy house in picturesque Sighnaghi. Comfortable, well-equipped, great location with stunning views. Friendly host. Perfect for a relaxing retreat.

The hosts are the best people I've met. The hostess is an incredibly talented and interesting woman. They met us as if they were their relatives. Very nice place, convenient location.

Room is made of wood-internal designed and looks great. Restroom is clean even though a bit small! Door has no locker, so I have to sleep without locking the door!
