Timur is the kindest and most hospitable person in Kutaisi. His care is expressed in the little things, as long as it is comfortable and convenient for the guests.

Timur is the most hospitable host I have ever met. Nice, helpful, gave us wine, brought us from the airport and drove us to the cave of Prometheus. Delicious breakfast. I recommend to everyone!

A small family guest house. A little more basic and rustic than some of the other places we stayed in whislt travelling in the area. Attentive and riendly staff and good food.

Some of the people in the group were not as lucky, but our room number 5 was very nice.

We were passing through Kutaisi. The plane arrived at night, and it was important for us that the hotel had a 24-hour check-in desk.

Perfect place! All liked it. Clean, comfortable, hot water, shampoo, hairdryer. A very friendly hostess, she greeted us, invited us for coffee, and helped with transfer to the airport.

We loved staying here. Location is the best thing about this hotel, this is the area where you want to be in when visiting Kutaisi.

Stopped there on my way back from Mongolia to Spain. Quiet and nice. Not far from the city centre.

Nice place where we can easily spend a night. They are very welcoming and pleasant in accommodating and serving. Breakfast was very good and and the ambience was great.

I stayed here for 2 nights, It was raining the morning I arrived and the owners were very friendly and flexible to find a solution to let me do the checkin earlier.

A perfect place before your flight from Kutaisi. House with a garden. Possibility of breakfast and transport to the airport. The host speaks English. We received a welcome gift — a bottle of wine.

This resistance was absolutely perfect from the first moment we arrived.

I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for quiet and peaceful place away from the city, crowd and noise. It's very cozy, clean and quiet hotel.

Super villa in Tskaltubo. Delicious kitchen, nice pool and friendly stuff.

Interior was pretty and modern indeed. Food was not good as I imagined but I guess it’s Intended for people undergoing treatment, so it not that big of a deal.

Overall, the hotel is nice, clean with good food. However, the rooms are really small, the Wi-Fi is poor, and there’s no air conditioning.

The responsiveness and friendliness of the hotel owner. I liked everything.

Very hospitable owner, helped with everything, met and drove to the hotel and to the airport the next day (we agreed on everything in advance).

The springs in the beds dig in a little and it's not entirely comfortable. Yes, without reservations. We were there only one night. The price is very affordable for the conditions there.

Clean, comfortable beds. The room has a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with dishes, a kettle and a microwave.

Good location, good price, good stuff. Yard is really good, it has ethnografic corner too. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, value of price, breakfast is the best and a lot for one person.

We were met at one o'clock in the morning. Clean, spacious rooms, there are gazebos on site. Relaxed like at home.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share here. The small and cozy hotel Marianna will forever remain in my heart.
