Convenient location for Old Batumi. Arrival in middle of the night worked well. Excellent breakfast with a unique high view over the town, port and mountains. Recommend a junior suite or better with balcony to get the full atmosphere of the locality.

Great value for money. Three minutes to the waterfront, 5 minutes to the beach. Delicious breakfasts, wine and chacha for free. The staff is polite and friendly. The hosts of the hotel are two brothers, Rezo and Tomaz, im a big hello and thanks for the hospitality. A free Sea walk was arranged for all comers. Solved all the questions. Asked for a clothes dryer, bought a new one. They took them to the waterfalls. Gave a very good driver zaur, he special thanks. Showed us different attractions, better than the tour guide. I recommend it to everyone.

It is horrible place, in the rooms is very bad smell, and some turkish people taking rooms for two tree hours and taking with them some b… ladies, really horrible I couldn't stay there more then one hour, I booked another hotel to stay there.

Good price, good location, breakfast is sufficient, clean and big room, roof restaurant view is fantastic.

Excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, tasty breakfasts (wine & Chacha included), arranging transfers and excursions. All the sights and the sea nearby. There are minor flaws, but they are not strained. Will definitely come back here when possible. A special thank you to the host of the hotel and his brother Thomas.

This was the best 3 star hotel here in Batumi. They have very accomodating staff. The best part of our experience with this hotel is there breakfast that start from 9am and ends at 12nn. Food are simple but very very noce. Rooms were big and comfortable. The have a very accessible location from the tramway, from the markets and tourist attraction of Batumi like about 5 minutes pf walking. For sure if we comeback in Batumi, again and again we will choose this hotel. I recommend this to everyone who want to travel and experience this place.

Nice outside structure, reception also, street parking a bit difficult, friendly staff, cold Spartan rooms with noisy air conditioning!
Little comfortable bed, beautiful terrace with stained glass overlooking the whole city, nice view.
For the price paid would be well, but if you have nothing else.

Nice girl at the reception). Suite class is quite large and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, here is the kettle with tea and coffee-fiction, sorry the fridge is empty… please) ) ) the Bedding is gorgeous. Extra blankets and pillows was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was driving me crazy) ) after the Muslim Breakfast, a variety of sausage and sour cream-this is my Paradise:) ) thank you so much for the nostalgia! Helpful and pleasant staff. There are only pleasant experience) Suggest this hotel for everyone!

You will feel that you are staying with your family great Owner lovely stuff spicily Tamara & Mirab.

The room is bad with broken furniture and not good at all. The room ac not working well. The toilet shower door is broken … etc.

Very big room. Nice breakfast with wine. Only negative was the room had foul smell of carpet.

Our stay was short but sweet. Though the hotel is central and between 5 to 10 minutes walk to many tourist areas, it is a little hard to find if you are not familiar with the city. Nevertheless the hotel was clean, beautifully arranged and the staff was great. We were pleasantly surprised and happy that they spoke a little English. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again in the future. However a warning to the management, be careful of the 'taxi drivers' that your company associates with. Our recent encounter with one such driver saw us stranded on our way back to Tbilisi as the driver wanted to extort us for US dollars after an agreed price was quoted. We had to find another means of transportation.
