Was a very nice and well set up cottage had everything that you needed, owner was friendly and can’t forget about the pets she has.
We got asked to bank transfer full amount to reserve the cottage we were reluctant to do so but we did. We arrived soon as we walked down the drive loud music and construction work was going on. We were little in shock as was meant to be a relaxing holiday.
The next morning we sat outside for coffee at 7:20am construction started wasn’t pleasant. I spoke to the owner and she said that it was in the message that she sent us that there would be construction but we didn’t see anything as we wouldn’t have booked it if we had. We decided instead of being upset that another accommodation would be better so that’s what happened. We did ask for a refund as we only stayed one night but payed for five but no refund was given wasn’t ideal as we then had to pay again.
We had a wonderful stay with Tau. Her cottage is beautiful and she is such a friendly and warm hostess. We look forward to coming back to eat coconut by the beach with our new friend.

We booked this in early January 2024. When we arrived there were many people on site and construction going on. The owner did not communicate this with us. It was not very relaxing and nowhere to go as you can't sit or swim on the outer edge of the lagoon and there is not much to do on this island.
The lock on the front door and one of the sliders did not work either. We felt very uncomfortable leaving our belongings with many strange people around the property.
I would reconsider booking this place until late 2024.
