Hotel ok for the price not to expect a 5 star
Proper welcome helpful to our arrival
Lady from morning to breakfast at first cold but then become helpful (we all have our little moods in the morning lol)
Small room for 4 people but we were there to visit not to stay locked so fine.
Cousin too small small toilet for people of large size and a little bulky and not enough towels (2 people instead of 4) if not in clean and finally a hotel with room non-smoking and that does not smell at all tobacco thanks for our nostrils.

No one expensive, not clean, and nothing at breakfast!

Nowhere near 4 stars. The breakfast was limited and chaotic, with the dining area far too small for the number of rooms. There were weird of 15 minutes to get served at the bar. The room was large, with a Nespresso machine, which was a positive. Less of a positive was that Housekeeping were moving and crashing 6ft laundry crates loudly right outside my room at 2am for about an hour. Definitely not one to recommend if you need a guarantee of a comfortable night, judging by this and other reviews here, and definitely not up to the usual Novotel brand.

The breakfast os tío short, And you always have to ask for spooms, knifes, platea etc. Also the service dont have an own elevador and there are workers at the lift always.

Had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel during my visit to France in August 2018. Found the price luring and given I had a rental car for the duration of my stay at Paris I figured it would be perfect. Boy was I wrong and the saying you get what you pay for is truer than ever. This isn’t a Four Star Property by any stretch of imagination. If you need a Property to crash in with minimal expectations then this is it. Don’t bother with the breakfast option. The breakfast buffet is a joke and not at all worth the asking price. You just get the most basic of items. You would be better off getting something yourself from any of the restaurants readily available and close to the Property. Air conditioning wasn’t working as well. We had to keep the windows open the whole time. Rooms weren’t clean as well. One of our rooms had cobwebs … They are also very frugal with the amenities. So be warned. Again not what you would expect from a 4 star property. The only good points are price compared to more Parisian options and the secured free parking onsite. Definitely avoid if you want a relaxing vacation stay. If you want a quick cheap retreat then it would be fine. Hence the 2 star rating.

I was at the hotel for a week during a business trip and during a busy week during the football world cup. Positives 1. Clean room 2. Spacious room 3. Plenty of furniture 4. High Definition TV — Watched many world cup matches on this 5. Spacious and clean shower 6. Powerful AC — kept me very cool in a very hot week 7. Continental breakfast was lovely Negatives 1. Ironing board was on 6th floor — very very bad — this was really bad because no water in the room and you had to fill and take the water with you to iron. Window was fixed and no blinds which meant I was roasting in the room 2. Wobbly furniture 3. Fitness room is small and can only host a few people.

Very modern clean rooms! Due the very good isolated windows you don't hear the street at all. For a breakfast room, I would appreciate more proper and breakfast fitting chairs and tables, but that's only a advice and not a negative point.

Good location. Tight security. Maintenance was good but rooms are small WC and bathroom are separated. It is a little bit inconvenienc.

I stayed here for a week although everything was fine but I noticed some serious issue with regards to higiene. One day when the housekeeping came to clean the room I noticed she kept the Toilet cleaning brush on the chairs we used for sitting in the room I also saw her keeping the same toilet brush on cloth which she later used to wipe the table and other places in the room.

I just came to drink a coffee the room is great there is space and comfort necessary to stay there work or discuss a few hours.

We spent two nights, clean room and very spacious. Nice staff Breakfast at will, sweet salty, fresh produce and lots of choice.

Ratio of price vs. Comfort is very unfortunate. I definitely wouldn't guess our room would belong to a 4* hotel, but one star less. Breakfast was good, but again more like 3* hotel. We had parking issue — too many rent cars/trucks were occupying parking places for guests.

This is great place to stay, especially if you want to visit Velizy. The tram station is a 5-7 mins walk, the bus stop a 3 mins walk, grocery store and a pharmacy a 5 mins walk, Velizy 2 mall a 15 mins walk, Paris city about an hour away by tram and metro connection. I stayed in a Superior Suite. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent.

Not in the first rates but quiet hotel with large well-appointed rooms. Bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Microwave, kettle, and coffee machine in each room. So often on the move, lets take a break and avoid solo dinners at the restaurant. 10min walk from Vélizy 2 to refuel, shopping, movie. Ditto some big companies of the corner: Thales, Dassault, etc…

Very good hotel with large rooms very comfortable and functional. Full breakfast. Very small fitness room but that has the merit to exist. Friendly staff No restaurant but snack shop and small dishes of very good quality. Parking pretty busy especially if you arrive late in the evening.

Cozy hotel for the traveller. Nice rooms with the basic amenities well available. Neat and clean. Breakfast spread is healthy and neat. Don't expect a huge spread though. The hotel objective is for people who want to spend their time outside. A nice big mall and a couple or restaurants within walking distance so you are covered for immediate destinations. Cabs are a call away.

OK… my family and I loved the way the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay very confortable and pleasent. I want to thank Marisa, Ricardo, one of the cleaning ladies (Sam) and the rest of the staff. Thanks for going outta your way for us. The room was nice and clean. The beds were confortable. It was just what I was looking for. Lot's of parking space. Close enough to Paris by local transport. A shopping center very close if you anything. A variety of things to eat for breakfast. If in Paris we will definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel is ideal to go with family. Very comfortable, very clean and very well catered. Great for visiting Paris and Versailles if you're driving.

It's an okay place. Clean and friendly staff. No pool. No restaurant and very basic. Perfect if that's all you are looking for.

Very recent Hotel, very modern style.
The rooms are clean and functional.
A bad note is the parking lot, which is always very busy.
Convenient to public transport, passes by the modern tram line another negative is the lack of a restaurant in the hotel, typical of this chain. There are still some very close restaurants.

Good size rooms, well maintained, good Wi-Fi, lobby and breakfast area is cramped. Overall a decent business hotel, far from city centre.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was included in the room and easy to access. The room was spacious and had good facilities, Nespresso machine, separate shower and bath in the bathroom, microwave, safe. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice. The room was generally clean although the toilet smelled of urine as though it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned around the base. The family room we had, faced onto the front entrance area which had tables and chairs with a table football under a canopy. When we tried to go to sleep this proved challenging as the noise was far too loud. People were at the tables making noise under our (3rd floor) window until about 1am, then again at about 3.30am. We could also hear noise from other rooms on neighbouring floors at different points. I am normally quite a heavy sleeper but was not able to get a good night's sleep here and neither was my wife and 1 year old daughter.

Room is good. Breakfast is quite simple.

The rooms were very modern, clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Location was a half hour from the Eiffel Tower! Perfect!

With in the vicinity of Velizy, this is good for short term stay. Don't expect nice fitness room, breakfast buffet with various option etc. Room are cozy and are well maintained every day. Hotel receptionist are quite helpful and can help you in booking taxi. Note that AMEX cards are not accepted every where. S0, remember to carry cash when travelling in France. I would have rate 4 star if breakfast include complete continental option rather than just coffee, breakdand butter…

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Paris, the perfect place for those who take the car out. Underground parking included. To the Centre of Paris 15-20 minutes, the same amount to Versailles.
