The chief with the care. Always exceptional cuisine. A quality service, very friendly and friendly.

We were going on with the Wonder box. The room is small no privacy for the bathroom bathroom too cramped. The evening meal not being to my liking a substantial surcharge was charged. Light breakfast. A plus the homemade yoghurts super good atmosphere not very warm.

A hotel activity of a couple present at all levels of services. An excellent and original table of a discreet but generous chef, very good references displayed from the outset, at the entrance of the hotel and reassuring considering that we are on the heights of Honfleur, far from mass tourism.
An excellent night but watch out for the room equipment that seems to be running out of steam.

Excellent table with discreet service. Breakfast with quality products, although a bit pricey.

The hotel is very clean. Come especially for the restoration: everything is homemade it is gastronomic from breakfast to dinner. A good step on the road to Honfleur.

Very good evening with dishes prepared impeccably. Only the lobster terrine / St. James was a bit bland. We accompanied this wonderful meal to a good Meursault. Very good selection of wines.

Casualness of hospitality at the limit of the correction.
Aperitif served in the va quickly without any accompaniment, wines of Burgundy served as a pitcher of cheap red wine, cheese plate consisting of 3 poor strips of cheese without any preparation. All this for the most expensive menu. And on top of overbilling (aperitif counted 2 times, and 6 oysters for the price of nine…)
Obviously abused the old reputation of the restaurant.

Accustomed for years to this restaurant, I go back in 2009 just after reopening following the change of ownership: time very nice as always.
Yesterday, we went there for a birthday, the taste buds already awake!
What a disappointment! Ordinary kitchen, without flavors, without originality. Welcome and deplorable service. Far too expensive for a kitchen that I can do better at home!
This restaurant has lost everything.
Not recommended for lovers of good food and gastronomy.
