Very nice spa hotel offering great wellness services.

Hotel very well, buffet not suitable for children pity.

False advertising! No restaurant just a mediocre buffet like breakfast! The rooms not made say because of the covid, no towels, no air conditioning in dirty! In short very disappointing, limit scam.

Great hotel very nice welcome staff to top dream setting small downside a jacousi at the establishment. Restoration and service at the top.

Welcoming staff, decent room (lack a bathtub). The water in the pool is a little cool but in this heat wave, it feels good. The 30-minute duet massage (back, legs, feet) is excellent. I recommend it.

Wonderful place for relaxation and well-being. Well-stocked breakfast pool with sunbathing quiet and sheltered with drinks service if needed. The treatments are amazing and so are the products.

Excellent welcome but does not correspond to a real three star a lot of tinkering that do not go enough to store his belongings in the rooms no hair dryer pillows with foams we sleep very badly with beds a little too low elevator makes the noise rod unsuitable curtains falls nonstop against nice pool room correct size no refrigerator damage but food correct.

Big disappointment upon arriving the pool was under construction. I had booked this hotel for the pool! Fortunately it opened the next day at 6pm

Located in ZI but surprise pool, solarium and relaxation center. The staff are lovely. No eggs or grilled bacon in the morning but massages and other treatments quickly make you forget everything.

A very comfortable and well run 'motel' type hotel… great stop over place. Everything was great, no issues at all, and the staff were great. The food was good quality. Buffet option was good price for loads of food if you wanted it, hot and cold dishes Wifi/ internet good too. Free parking under surveillance. However, a 3 star hotel, by the facilities in other similar hotels (Kyriad), should now have tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room for those with hair!

Nice Hotel not very far from the port of Honfleur, SPA area and outdoor swimming pool quite clean.

After a romantic weekend stay in this place, we left very enchanted.

Reservation from 14h to 20h… Except that in the morning we are told that for the same price the Jacuzzi, sauna and Hamman only opens at 4pm… And… The icing on the cake, we learn that the Jacuzzi is no longer topical since last summer (summer 2017). Obviously very very disappointed. The director Mr Christophe Bouvier has been very unpleasant and we cannot put any words with him. He told me to go look elsewhere! Not very commercial!

Very noisy. Doors slamming at night! Very dirty shower cubicle. Buffet way little better to do. Very small Spa too crowded. Breakfast price not included in the price of the room. No light in the entrance because bulbs not replaced.

Too bad there are no baths (swimming pool or jacuzzi) inside.

Great for a short spa break. The spa is really nice, nice sauna and hammam, I much appreciated an access to an outdoor terrace from the spa. Plenty of choice for massage. I advice you to bring extra towels though, they don't provide them in the spa (just one towel and one bathrobe you get in your room) The staff of both the spa and hotel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, but the mattress is a tad hard and we couldn't turn off the ventilation in the bathroom. The food is excellent — both dinner and breakfast! One downside is the location — not easily accessible without a car and close to the highway. But all in all a very pleasant experience!

We have just returned from a stay in Normandy. The welcome is great but the hotel deserves a good fresh shot especially in the dining room. The rooms are decent but should have at least one hairdryer and a kettle and enough to make a coffee or tea…
