Very nice rooms. Refined and delicious cuisine. Favorite for the perch nets! Careful service. All in an exceptional place, on the edge of Lake Geneva. No more want ings to go :) I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel restaurant in many points of view. Exceptional location, breathtaking view, the kitchen is of excellent culinary quality, the hotel is quiet and very clean.

Very disappointed in the service, and dishes ; sauces too salty ; not enough perch fillets, not worthy of 4 stars and the price is too high! A choose I will go to the pirate next door.

I think I've lived a real fairytale, or maybe that I dreamed about. Seriously The Jules Verne is an excellent hotel restaurant, I who usually am demanding, I only have good reviews on The Jules Verne. Probably to soon.

Excellent hotel restaurant, pleasant stay. The bedding is very comfortable and silky, the hotel is quiet and clean. The food is of very good quality.

Services totally incompetent, a total failure. Waited more than 20 minutes to get seated. The terrass was half empty. Then another 20 min to get the table dressed and order going. It was not even a busy day in summer time. Complete chaos and desorganization with waitress running like headless chicken. Desserve to be out of business if it was not for the spot.

Good quality but really too expensive. Gourmet Espresso with a small meringue and a small macaroon and a mini crème brulee for 9 € 50… exaggerated. Really very disappointed.

I am more than happy with my stay at the Jules Verne. The hotel restaurant is very clean, very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable.

We went there as a family, we ate a delicious fish from the lake accompanied by fried potato salad. The dessert was to fall on the ground. The shaded terrace at the water's edge was extremely nice. We would go back with great pleasure.

We were very well received, a wonderful stay, a wonderful view of the Lake Geneva…
The room is spacious, the décor is modern.
The kitchen is of excellent quality worthy of the Haute Savoie.
The staff is very smiling.

Clean and nice rooms. Quiet so you can sleep with the window open. Good breakfast and friendly and helpfull staff.

I rejoiced to return to this beautiful place and I know the kitchen of his former management — the blue waves.
If the card is almost the same, it is unfortunately not the same both for the quality and quantity of its food. And don't talk about the price!

"Milling" perch fillets have seen the butter on the plate but in any case not during cooking, overcooked in addition. Fish Seafood and frog legs served without any starch (potatoes fries/steam or rice) …
In short: disappointed.
Even if the terrace is full, this place deserves better.

We do recommend this restaurant any more. If there is still 3 years, we ate delicious food, this is more the case in 2015. New name, new direction? The additional 10. — euros for a few fries so flat at 38. — euros is served without starch, with only a few vegetables, we call that make fun of the customers, and I am polite. All prices are largely overrated. Portion of cheese to 13. — euros where there are more salad than cheese… From the beginning to the end of the meal, huge disappointment. We would stay there again.

Very disappointing! absolutely inedible and very expensive, especially if we can't eat there on the plate! NET poles hard, cold cast into the plate with fries and a bowl in which heated the salad. We did return the plates part discreetly that it wasn't good, funny taste, served cold. The plates are reviewed… same with 2-3 nets and more nets the same, certainly warm but also inedible, salad cooked, a disaster! We could not eat them… but it is clear that we have them pay and expensive for a food that is not good. I try to stay civil, but when I see that it is a gourmet restaurant… I think that a little humility would be nice. Servers, it's not their fault, but when asked the cooking of the boom NET, I strangle me laughing… This isn't a steak cooked rare, the Cook must know how you cook a fish! Disappointed and angry. The shame of the craft, perfect location and service and lousy food.
I do not recommend anyone like this restaurant. Being at the edge of the Lake is nice, but spoiled the evening by incompetence, it not, forgive the kicked and fun fall into the water.
If you look for a restaurant with real people in the profession, or hospitality and food are really fun, you can go to the Villeux home, not at the edge of the Lake, but a lot of satisfaction.

Not much to say about this restaurant. Avoid, go your way, go elsewhere especially (as we were told the owner) the weekend of August 15. I guess July 14 on May 1, the short 8mai all WE bridge what.
After having spend order entry is happen fast, however the dish an hour it took asking them of the throwing in the kitchen otherwise we'd still be there.
but normal c, we are on Sunday 15 August, so it's normal!
In short, as we said the mistress, in February they are open!
I do not advise, go across the street.

If you love perch fillets and the good food in General, it is the Restaurant to visit. The quality of the products and dishes is excellent, prices are more than correct. Menu (entering the choice — entrée choice — dessert/cheese) from 25 Euros. The restaurant is located at the port of Yvoire and is accessible from Nyon by boat in 15 minutes. With a magnificent view on Lake Geneva and the Jura. I've already eaten here several times and I've always been welcomed, as well as my parents. However, this is not always the case for other customers. The tone of the staff can be very rough and dry and as such I do not give 5 stars * Wenn Sie gerne gute Eglifilets und gute Speisen essen, dann ist dieses Restaurant einen Besuch wert. Die Qualität der Speisen und Minuten sind aufmerksam und die Preise sind moderat. Ein 3-Gang Menu (Vorspeise nach Wahl — Hauptspeise nach Wahl — Dessert/Kase) bereits ab 25 Euro. DAS Restaurant liegt direkt am Hafen von Yvoire ist von Nyon und mit dem Schiff bequem in 15 Minuten, zu erreichen. Die Sicht auf den See und den Jura ist einzigartig. ICH würde immer freundlich empfangen und bedient, so auch meine Eltern. Leider ist dies nicht für alle Gäste der Fall. Der Tonfall des Personals ist zum Teil recht contains und trocken. Aus diesem Grund vergebe ich nicht 5 Sterne * If you like fish and good cuisine in general, this restaurant is a MUST.

The blue lobster of the Flots Bleus is a pure delight.
