Small, limited breakfast. Ok for a night while passing through.

As an American having never been to france, I was pleasently surprised to find the helpful staff and amenities provided by the Valence location were more then adiquete. Comfortable, clean and convenient, this hotel met all my needs with the occasional Wi-Fi connectivity issues. My only real problem came when I checked out and mistakingly left a button up shirt, Kaki pants and jacket in a hodaway closet space. Completely owning the fact that I left my own belongings at the hotel, I called requesting instructions to have my items mailed to me. I spoke with a service representative who provided me with an email address and instructions. It has been several weeks and three emails later and I have gotten nowhere. Overall assessment, this is a nice hotel right off the highway and just outside a historic town with all the things a traveler basically needs. But hope you don't have to engage with their customer service after the fact.

Propre, parking fermé, mais chambres petites. Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le restaurant est un super exemple de "la bouffe industrielle chère payée", mais le service est très bien.

La habitación y el baño estaban bien. No era muy grande pero era completo. La ducha cómoda, el hotel es silencioso, camas cómodas Bien. Desayuno algo escaso pero decente.

Classic Mercure But good level, pity they closed the deal with the. Restaurant in order to take advantage of the vouchers of the bar. It was convenient to use them during dinner.

Good value for money. The hotel is ideally located for a stay on the road to the holidays.

Good reception, listening to the customer. Very good standing. Price justified. It is missing a better bill restaurant nearby.

For the second time between station on the way to the Coté d'azur.
And certainly not for the last time.

We came with family and were not disappointed quite the contrary. Staff smiling and warm, impeccable hygiene, the hotel is modern and well located. A hearty breakfast in a friendly room, thanks to the young lady who took care of us and our children at breakfast. We felt pampered (thanks for the souvenir photo) Thanks also to the lady for the welcome for her smile. I'll be there soon.

Good hotel, right on the north-south connection. Very friendly and courteous service at the reception. Good room facilities, despite highway nearby, quiet location. Attached is a grill restaurant with appropriate good dishes and friendly service. Will book this hotel again on a new trip to the south.
